    i have another problem with another casino...lucky247.com

    during processing of withdrawal, first: they dont photo of ID (it is embarassing). then they dont accept my utility bill. i told them, that now, nobody use colorful printed and all documents are online, but i send them another bill from shop, with stamped and signed and still they try to fraud me. please help me

  • moreover, support try to convince me that for them proof is only bill which i GOT FROM POSTMEN. it looks like fraud....another casinos doesn't make problem with online bill.

    they dont understand that nowadays, no one bill go by post. all i got on e-mail. Moreover, i send them bank statement and connect the Polish and international law, documents from bank, dont have to signed and stamped, So no bank documents have stamped and signed.

    Please help me, because they suspiciousness  and malice is biggest ever i see.

    Casinos usually ask for the bank statement or the utility bill so they can confirm your name and address. Most of them do it. You also have to check the casino terms and conditions where you can read more about the documents you need in order to withdraw your money. I'm not sure if they are going to accept your shop bill. You need to provide the documents they require.

  • i thought the same like mak777, but i see this casino is definately malice. I made deposit via skrill, but in spite of this, they want bill statement, but utlity bill is not ok. it is stupid and malice. i send them document, with data and logo bank, when on the top is write, that this document dont have to stamped and signed, and all casino accpet, but lucky247 no ! maybe i will have to send them DWA probe from hospital, or size of shoes ?

  • It is clearly stated in their t&c that you need to provide the utility bill or bank statement. Please see this sentence: 

    Broadway Gaming Ltd. reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made via credit or debit card and / or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to two (2) copies of:

    Copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Driver’s License
    Documents confirming residence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months.
    (These details MUST match the details listed in Your account profile (name, address, phone number and email address).

  • absolutely agree with you: when I make a deposit using a credit card, I have to give a win from the bank on this card, but if the deposit was made using a scrill, what is the reason to require an extract from the bank? In this case, the claim is unreasonable.

    And as for the receipt for communal services, I already wrote above. In my opinion, everything is simple, if the casino is loyal to the players, then it will find a compromise and a convenient way to check.

Afternoon they ask about back of driving licence (in spite there is no information on back obout mine) and from 1.00 pm to now not answer. 

    So verification 4 days, and i send they 3 utlity bills, id, driving licence, and still they not withdrawing.... ,it is intesting that ,,for security reasons'' they not ask about, ....size of shoes maybe ?

  • they answer after 48 hours, that my account is fully verified. but long time is very frustrating. Why another casinos, like playamo or bobcasino, verified account in several minutes and so fast withdraw, but another verified over 5 days.

    Now i'am able to ask withdraw, so i thnik, i will wait another 4-5 days on withdrawing. it is not funny, but i hope end fine.\

  • We got a reply from the casino's support team. They informed us that they couldn't share the info about their customers' accounts with a third party, therefore, we can't further help you with this. This is their message:

    I'm afraid that due to date protection we cannot discuss a players account with any third party. Please advise the player to contact us directly from their registered contact details.

    If you don't get your money, we advise you to file a complaint with their regulatory body in Malta.

     

     

  • i ask again withdraw on monday, on tuesday, they told on lc that my witdhrawal will be processed on thursday. Today no withdraw so i ask on LC, and he told, that my withdrawal is go to processing today, and from today, i will have to wait 5 business days, witohur weekend, on withdrawal..

    it is awsame fraud.

    3 WEEKS ON WITHDRAW 70 EURO.  Please delate this casino from your casino list. it is simply fraud.

You are right, It's not a big amount but still, the whole process lasts for too long no matter the amount requested.
