Hello, I registered in Lucky Spins casino, got no deposit bonus and wagered it, made deposit and got first withdrawal with few weeks delay, after that I made another deposit with hope that they resolved their delay problems, but it not happened, now they lie me in live chat (or just close it), withdrawal was requested 9/jun/2015. Usualy they told me to wait 2-3 days, or 3-4 days more and it happens again and again, some times say that they already sent wait 24 hours and it happens whole month, now they do not replay to live chat and emails (to emails did not replayed at start, because tried to sent few times, first was sent atleast month ago, still not answered.

Asked for 20 no deposit bonus, they told before, did not received it (say that system do not allow because i get withdrawal, offered deposit bonus which i declined ofcourse), but I`m happy anyway because they paid (was thinking that it`ll never happens), do not recommend to play there untill they`ll resolve support and delay issues.
