  • I won money at Lucky spins casino back on 7/31.  Submitted my docs and got approved.  As of today, I have still not been paid,  Emailed customer service so many times, i can't even remember.  Got mostly ingnored and then when they did reply, keep telling me my withdrawal was proccessed and I would get it soon.  Nothing happened so I tried live chat only to be told the same things.  Told me they had a new proccesor and it would be further delayed.  Then, I emailed again on 9/8 and this is what they told me,"Your winnings will be given to you in your card, we have already processed that to your card however we have just started that method so money will take approx 10 days to hit your account"
    This is now 9/26, it still shows "pending" since 9/9 on their site and no one will respond to any more emails.  I will NEVER play here again, I just want the money I won fair and square.  This is the worst customer service, and I use the term loosley, that I have ever encountered.  They have done nothing but lie to me and continue to ignore me.  I sent 2 more emails on 9/25 and of course, no reply.  I am so tired of this whole ordeal and just want my money.  If anyone know what else I can do or lend a hand, let me know!

    Yes this is why isn't not a good thing to jump on new casinos. I usually stick to the older ones.
  • I also won $700 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing regarding my payout. The chat rep, "Scott", at one point said I would get my money in 4 hours and nothing happened. I have gone on chat many times and no one will respond about my payout - over and over I'm told someone will be calling me or reviewing my payout request on that day and then nothing happens. I have a feeling they have stolen my money and I will never see it back again, let alone the $700 I won.

We understand this warning was placed to late for you members with current complaints, unfortunately we cannot anticipate whether a casino is going to pay or not.   • Does anyone remember Free Spijns, back in 2010? I do.  They started, stopped, started...they were a Playtech, then they were something else, now an RTG?
