  • Hi, I recently participated in a 525% Lucky Owl Match plus 25 Lucky Chips. After the deposit of $25 a total gameplay credit in the amount of $156.25 was received. The initial deposit details are listed below.

    - Current Balance: $ 156.49

    I completed the $5,000 (32x deposit+bonus) playthrough.

    A maximum cashout of 12 times the deposit applied so I made a withdrawal request of $300

    09/24/2024 09:57:43 PM Payout request made

    Payout Transaction ID 84786

     

    BTC wallet address was provided

    My balance was approximately $550 and was reduced to my pre-deposit balance of .24 cents immediately upon making the $300 payout request (this was a condition listed within the terms and conditions - any winnings beyond 12x deposit were scraped and confiscated automatically)

    It has been 72 hours and I have not received any response to my payout request. Any assistyance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance !
