    I requested a withdraw on march 10th, 2024 and still have not received it. I contacted support several times before being told that I needed to send documents to verify my identity, once I did that I was told I passed the verification process and my withdraw will be soon, but after about 10 days I asked when soon twould be and they sat they don't know, and they have yet to even take my withdraw off the "requested" status. I did not use any bonus when I had won this money, so I didn't have any wager requirements. I requested a withdraw for 250usd. I requested it be sent it to my bitcoin address. Anyways my info for that casino is below. Also this casino is the lucky hippos online casino that's in the United States, I rhino there may be 2 of them, but only one is from the u.s.
