    Hello, I'm wondering if there's a casino representative for luckydreams.com, which is run by Dama NV casinos.

     

     Normally, they are efficient with cashout processes, but I suspect this casino is intentionally delaying the withdrawal process to encourage players to spend their money. Three days ago, I requested a withdrawal of $6000, and after waiting over 30 hours, it was still pending, despite my account being fully verified. I would appreciate a clear answer on how long the withdrawal process usually takes with Dama NV casinos since it typically takes no more than one day. This casino's stalling tactics seem suspect.

    The casino rep got back to us with the following statement: 

    "I have checked the player, and it seems that his withdrawal was on hold as there was an investigation ongoing. It turned out that the user gained his winnings due to a max bet breach while playing with the bonus. According to the decision of the VIP Team Lead, the winnings will be subtracted and the bonus will be reissued, so the player can try again, but according to our rules about bonus play."

    Seems that your winnings are nullified as a result of exceeding the maximum bet during gameplay, but the casino will reissue the bonus to your account. 

    Please let us know if further assistance is needed from our end or if we should mark this complaint as Resolved.
