I am scared that this casino is scamming me. I requested a withdrawal last week and it has not been processed. I have sent multiple emails to the support team asking what's happening and they haven't responded once. Instead, what would happen is that they'd wait a few hours and then send me an automated email asking me to rate the service received. This is the type of email one gets when a support ticket is closed so I can only assume that they are closing my email tickets and intentionally ignoring me. I've engaged the live chat agent many times and the agent (it's always the same agent) has always just told me to just email support and that they will respond to "soon". I have attached screenshots from my last chat with the agent (with my name redacted everytime it appears) and my exasperation is clear. To be clear, I was not exasperated with the agent until yesterday. I was very friendly before then. Furthermore, out of the blue during this last chat the agent said that my account wasn't verified because I hadn't uploaded my banking details. I was very skeptical of what they said for two reasons:
1. I had used crypto to deposit and withdraw.
2. Previously, before I even made a withdrawal request, I had sent my bank details before and they were rejected without reason. After that I had sent proof of ownership of my Binance account (which the agent told me to do) which had been marked as approved so all this time I assumed that my account was verified and in all the time that I had been inquiring about my withdrawal the agent hadn't brought up this issue once until yesterday.
But nevertheless I then submitted my bank details with an official proof of banking letter and a bank statement and they were then rejected yet again, with no explanation. I have of course emailed, again, to ask why my bank document was rejected but I have not received a response. I'm hoping you'll be able to help me as this is extremely frustrating.
