    The situation is as follows:
    My account is verified and I have already made deposits and withdrawals at this casino. Moreover, the first withdrawal of funds was processed in less than 24 hours.
    This inspired me and I decided to continue playing in this casino.
    Last week I requested another withdrawal for cryptocurrency and... And I still have not received the withdrawal, although the email stated that the withdrawal would be processed within 48 hours. In the support chat, I learned that withdrawals take up to 72 hours for withdrawals up to 1000 euros. And that withdrawals are processed on weekends as well. But 6 days have already passed and I still have not received the money. In the live chat they say that they do not handle payments, so they cannot give any information and advise you to contact support by email.
    I sent several emails to support and only received a response once on May 31st that my withdrawal would be processed soon. After this email there was no response to any of my messages.
    At the moment I feel deceived, all the stated withdrawal deadlines have already passed, my emails are being ignored.
    The first withdrawal of funds was fast, I trusted this casino, if not for this situation I would have continued to play in this casino.
    I hope this is just some kind of misunderstanding, but then why don't they respond to my messages?
