  • Hi, a couple of months ago I found letsbet24.com due to betclone.com, also I saw them approved by betbrain and slotscalendar. After that I decided to play…. 2 days betting at NBA live… after that locked. They asked me about documents - I sent it to them. After that I received an answer After a thorough investigation, we are certain that a bank document uploaded by You has been altered.According to Section 23.4 of our Terms and Conditions: "The Company reserves the right to block the accounts of Users who have reported false data, presented altered or forged documents, as well as to deny them the payment of any winnings." Your account will be permanently closed. You will not be able to use our service now and in the future. The copies of all your documents will be turned over to Local Authority who will decide either to proceed with charges of deliberate misrepresentation.

    That's refer my opinion:I didn't break any rules, I can provide all origin documents and can easily approve my identity ( I asked them about alternative documents, about videocall but they didn't respond to that ) Their Curacao license is 1668/JAZ . E-mail [email protected]. I sent to them my complaint also but still silence at my e-mail box. Even if you can’t help, I want you to make publicity to this story. Thanks

    Moreover, just pay attention on the attached screen and see how they "communicate with their clients". It's ridiculous

    This Client has registered with us using forged documents. When we found out his account was closed and initial deposit returned. We have the rights to do that according to our Terms and Conditions which Client agreed to while he register with us. He was mad and already complained about that on Casino Guru web page. His complained has been escalated by above web manager and closed after all investigation. it makes the Client unhappy so he try to discredit our name with you now. Unfortunately we are not going to explain why we act according to our Policy. Client send us an email that he will call every possible web page to discredit us. And that is what he is doing.

  • Hi Tania, just look at them, they simply can't write your name correctly =)

    At first, let me explain you one thing, I can  provide you by document which was marked by them as forged ( this is the standard format of Tinkoff bank statement).
    where can I send a document for your review? I can't find the reason to explain why standard form of my bank seemed to them suspicious, forged or altered, in addition to that they could simply ask me about additional documents for much clearly understanding, but they didn't.

    At second, yes, I complained about that on Casino Guru ( here is the link: https://kasinoazov.info/letsbet24-casino-uchetnaja-zapis-igroka-bila-navsegda). Letsbet24 representative couldn't clarify to them the reason of such egregious action. After that case was closed and Casino Guru lowered their rating.

    At third, I just want justice, I'm a real person who can easily approve it, but they just closed my account, stole the money (at around 700 USD) and accused me of registering with fake documents. They simply discredited me as a person and it is strange and funny to see these words from them.

    I can provide you by all necessary documents or even video call with you if it's help.

    In the end I want you to answer me, do you know other resources or any organizations who can help me to solve that case, cause Curacao complaints didn't respond to my e-mails.

    We can only suggest contacting their licencor for making a further complaint.

  • Anton Fran they simply used a different strategy than denying on withdrawal. They saw you win and went ahead. Curacao is a cereal box license worth nothing. Doesn't mean all curacao casinos are bad but just that they won't do nothing if you have a problem. The casino refuse and will keep refusing to have more informations from you because then you could sue as they were proved you are legith and therefor law applies. They simply have to ignore you and then they can just pretend you never proved your identity. I had same issue but with the casino claiming my bank don't exist. They never took my bank's phone call or anything. They just continued pretending it's my fault if i can't be paid because my bank don't exist. At the time, even if it was MGA license and not cereal box.. they still sided with them.

    Online all you can do is try some places and stick to the ones that pay you. I may complain a lot but i always return where i got paid fair and square. The only way you can help yourself a little is by becoming a valuable loyal customer to a casino/brand so that in the future they want to keep your business and not cause trouble. That casino here seem to have decided that 700$ was worth more than you. I think it says a lot about the casino and they can claim whatever they want, they are awful. These never last long anyway, another going into the list of the "closed" casinos.

    Unless cereal box reply to you by miracle of gods, i don't think there is much hope but i wish you good luck and don't give up.

    Here is the latest response we got from the casino:

    "Unfortunately, due to a Policy restriction the Client signed while registering with Letsbet24 we are not able to share any information about the player. This case was investigated by Curacau eGaming and closed. "

    We asked for the additional info about why they consider the document you provided to be fraudulent, but they are unable to reveal that information to us due to Privacy reasons.
