  • Okay, king casinos customer servicers are lying,making excuses and speaking different things than other.

    I made withdrawal request 25.3 and in the email reads that it will be done in 48h, also in their site reads that if you are platinum vip(like me) the withdraw is faster and maximum withdraw amount in a month is more than 7k.

    I have been asking the money every day and different lies comes every time. Friday one said today or tomorrow it will be done(NOT), today one said it will be done today (NOT),  other one today said that he needs certain information and after that it will be done and the maximum amount for month is now 8k(NOTHING HAPPENED STILL), last customer servicer said that they cant yet transfer it because the maximum amount hasnt updated yet(LAST WORKER TOLD DIFFERENT STORY).

    this is not okay, all of the customer servicer is speaking different things and almost everyone is lying, i just want my money now!

    I will contact soon also police about this

    Thanks for sending the username. They need to explain why you haven't received your money yet not to block your account. We're going to check with them what seems to be the issue with your withdrawal and your account.

  • They are just making new excuses why it takes longer time, every day new excuse. When i caught them lying to me then they make new excuse every time. They blocked my account because my behavior in their chat but still i can go to chat? This doesnt seems right. This has to be illegal.

    And their customer servicers are guite rude and doesnt help anyway, they are just like "we are doing everything we could " and still nothing is happening.

    Please contact them, if i have to go there one more time, im going to make bodies.

    And please make sure that nobody goes there! NEVER DEPOSIT TO KING CASINO!!!
