    I've tried this new casino (King Billy Casino). I had some good wins there. Verified my account and now have one cashout pending. I've got an email from them. 

    This is what I got...

    Because of using specialized bank safe system transaction should be confirmed from player's side to be finished. Please, call to your bank and tell them about this situation, they should know how to approve your cashout:)

    Yes. I deposited with Sofortüberweisung method. And now they can only withdraw back to my bank account. 

    Anyway I sent my bank an email and told them about the whole thing. Can't wait to hear from them because it just seems so weird. Since this is a new casino, do have any info about them, Feeling froggy? They don't seem scam to me but the whole thing just seems fishy.

  • If I'm not mistaken, they're owned and operated by the same company (Direx N.V.) as Oshi.io and several others. Let us know what your bank says. Definitely interested in knowing why you have to contact them.

    That's not good. It didn't sound like something they should be required to approve. Payments are sent in electronic files and posted to accounts, so there would be no need for them to approve anything. Only time they might review the payment would be for a wire transfer or if it was flagged for suspicious activity because of the amount or the sender. Been a while since my banking days though.

    Here is the summary:

    After I told the support about my bank. The next day, they told me that they will try to find another way to help me out. Somehow I could finish my cashout on that day. I looked on my bank account just now and the money is already there. But I think we will still never get what was that about me having to my bank. It was confusing and complicated but I will take it because I eventually got the money on the next day. So good job I guess. :)
