12/11/2020 made a withdrawal of $ 350.
For a long time I could not send them documents for verification, because their mailbox is full!
I found out another mail address in the chat. I sent the documents there, successfully passed the verification.
I have not received the money yet, although the deadlines have already passed.

They've advised us that it is just a matter of the funds reflecting on your end now. Hope it will reach your account soon. 

they withdraw to a bitcoin wallet. the transfer cannot take 6 days. let them give a link to the transaction.

Didn't know it is bitcoin. Sure. Will check this out.
