  • I made a deposit on jumba bet casino on September 21 2021. That same day my account was charged with numberous fraudulent charges from Canada. Im having to dispute all these charges I didn't make and hopefully my bank that I have the debit card through is going to help me recover my money. Jumba bet stole all most $100 from me. I'm gonna write reviews about there online casino scamming me and stealing my money all over the internet! Hopefully this doesn't happen to someone else!

  • How can you be sure that they took the money from your account? These are serious accusations. Do you have any evidence to support your statements?

  • I put $100 onn a NetSpend card I only spent $30 to deposit on jumba bet. That was September 20. On September 21 I went to mc Donald's and my card had numberous fraudulent charges to company's in Canada. When I called the home hardware company they said my card had been compromised. I had to call NetSpend to file disputes on all the charges. Yes I can prove it. I'll send screen shots. So I loaded $100 on my card and only got to spend the $30 plus $1.50 fee and my mc Donald's which was $10.51. a total of $42.01 that I actually spent. My mc Donald's was actually $23 something and it notified me I only had $9.01 on my card. Which I new wasn't right cause I had only spent the$30 I deposited on jumba bet. I hope I explained that where you could understand. I'll upload screenshots to hopefully help you understand. 

  • Also here's me having to write NetSpend explaining the fraudulent charges. I marked it my card number but it doesn't matter cause I had to cancel that card and have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a new card. I don't for see me getting my money back. I'm pretty much just out the $57.99 that has to be charges jumba bet did. I ONLY USED THE CARD ON THERE SITE.

    We just chatted with the casino rep about your case and he advised us that you chatted with the casino support team about the bonuses and promotions and you didn't mention your problem with the credit card. He also advised that you should contact casino customer support for more details about your issue. Please do contact them and let us know what they say. 

  • I hadn't noticed it yet when I talked to him. So basically like I thought. They stole my information and my $70 and nothing's gonna be done about it. That's ok I filled a dispute with my bank so hopefully the recover the money for me. Hopefully jumba bet doesn't do this to Someone else.

    Have you chatted about it with the casino support team? You need to speak with them.

    We've heard back from the casino rep who advises us that their finance is unable to reach you so they can get the necessary info about the case. Please answer their calls and emails. 

  • Yes I talked to someone on live chat and ask they did was tell me it was impossible that there casino did this. But I have proof. Even the company I called said it was fruad. My bank still hasn't refunded me the money back but they said there still investigating.

    Hm! The casino rep advised us that they were trying to reach you last week and have a chat with you. Could you please make sure you left the correct phone number?

  • So I've emailed jumba bet a bunch of times giving them my number but they have never called me. My bank refunded me the money but not the fees which added up to $12. Whatever I'm just glad I got a portion of my money back and I hope the casino doesn't do it to somebody else.

  • The casino rep confirmed that he didn't get a private message from the player. It's been 2 days now and no bank statements have been sent to the casino rep as evidence. We consider this case closed.
