    so I did a withdrawal request, max amount $10,000

    6 days STILL says Requested. Not processing Not Under Review. Just Requested.

    7th day withdrawal declined. WHY: max cash out paid.    They processed a withdrawal for $1250

    hmmmmm WTF

    We've sent an email to the Casino Representative yesterday (on Friday evening). We still haven't received a reply from the Casino Representative. Please note that most of the Casino Representatives don't work on weekends, so we don't expect a reply before Monday. There's no need to post the same complaint repeatedly. As soon as we receive a reply from the Casino Representative we'll let you know.

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative. Here's what she says:

    "The player requested 4x $2,500 in withdrawal. His player class is Jack which allows him to receive $1,500 in withdrawal per week. $1,250 was paid out to him and the remaining $8,750 was reversed into his casino account so that he can either continue playing or request another withdrawal. On the cashier, there is a general message indication that $10,000 is the maximum amount that can be processed in one go, it is not a player-specific message. He played the money that was returned to his casino account (the $8,750) and lost. Because we paid him $1,250 instead of $1,500, we are processing another payment of $250 even though he played the money afterwards.

    Our VIP manager has also contacted him to inform him of the same. "

    I find it funny that you would take the time to comment in my post/conversation but yet ignore the LCB staff that is asking for your reply for 10 days now.

  • Jayjay007 smh ur too much. I didn't even know about this request for a reply from me until now. Again yes I am new to LBC an honestly just noticed it when I was looking on my dashboard. Is everything a conspiracy theory to you? Hell if anything it should validate everything I've said. 


    YES close this complaint. Issue resolved. It wasn't clear to me that the max I was allowed was 1500. So now that I know that, I won't be playing their anymore. Thank u
