UNRESOLVED: Johnnie Kash Kings - Withdrawal issues - website shutdown for maintenance

Hey everybody,

Im a member of johnnie kash kings. I made a $800 withdrawal request and now the website is down for maintenace but no one is responding to my emails about my withdrawal. I have no idea what to do and how long they will be down for.

Please note that we don't have this casino listed on LCB. However, we tried to contact the casino rep but we get their emails bounced back. Please wait until the maintenance is over maybe they will get back to you and we'll also try to reach them. 

This is fucken ridiculous maintenance is still going on the site and the same goes for sisters sites jokaviproom and Jackpot jill and to add to the shit customer service they are not answering any emails what so ever Ive emailed them 5 times over the last 2day without a response

Hi I'm the same with johnniekash withdraw of $3500 pending before maintenance emailed but bounced back. Any news of it coming back on 

It's now saying forbidden when I click on the website...

i'm having the exact same issue, i have $5,500 pending withdrawal. looks like it's been shut down? surely they can't take our cash like this?

Maybe it's the same as their last website johnnie kash kings, I think that may have been shut down and they moved to king johnnie ( not sure if that's what happened) so hopefully that's the the case. Although I'm Being pretty optimistic...

it's now back to saying closed for maintenance.

i've had mates withdraw cash with no issues in the last two weeks who are all having the same issue. it's back to saying under construction now as well.

also spoke to some longer term players and they reckon it's happened twice before. 

once for 3 hours and once for 4 days. 

still doesn't explain the no responding to emails or processing withdrawals even if they are upgrading. 

Totally why i prefer to play in person when you can see it to believe it.

Up until the 4th-5th it was working fine for Myself as well.

That's exactly right, the emails bouncing is what's making me second guess.

Maybe the website has been hacked? could explain why they've closed everything off. 

yeah, nothing beats a real pokie machine, win or lose at least you can take it at face value.

Spoke to a support agent and has said withdrawals will be processed once systems are back up and running. Should be resolved in next hour.

I still have Money in my account I was in the middle of a bonus when it stopped

This I so so frustrating they keep saying to check in every few hours and then after 2 day day come back in 24hrs! This is theft and highly, highly stressful! Apparently some people are in playing and getting paid and some aren't - have you heard from them? They can't even find me in the system, I just want my money and run! Ridiculous! I've invested soooooo much over the years ans now this, right when I have a pending withdrawal too! CORPORATE THEFT! I'm really angry now.

Really sorry to hear that. I know how stressful it can be especially when you can't reach their website and there is no way to get through to them. We have their emails bounce back again. Let's wait and see what happens.
