Mel or another admin I need your help please.
I played in this casino with the free chip. I met wagering and spoke to support. And I strictly asked them numerous times if my account was in good standing for a deposit to claim my winnings. They assured me everything was fine.
I deposited the minimum $21 and said "your deposit is in preauth pls visit the cashier to finish the process"
Then I was suddenly kicked out of the casino by the admin. I went to their website and spoke to support and the person who i was speaking to 10 seconds ago. And they told me he had to leave to a meeting and can no longer help
I asked why i was kicked out and my deposit stolen and they said my deposit didnt go through.
I asked why I was kicked out and they said "our system just decided to ban people and doesnt tell us why. sorry"
I was then told I would get an email. They will not talk to me on live chat, email or anything and ignore me completely.
I am hoping they didnt steal my credit card details and use it for fraud. I am waiting to hear back from my company
The only thing they say to me on live chat is :sorry management closed your account. There is no specific reason for this. They just decided it would be best.
I didnt do anything at all aside from play their slots making $1 bets. and give them ID and request a withdraw

Hi jennjenn,
I got the reply from the brand managers. In first place, the deposit didn't go through so please double check with your credit card company or the company that you used to fund the account. If you have other information, please send a screenshot or copy by PM.
As regarding the ban, looks like you were banned from another brand that belongs to the group in 2012 and the management decided to extend the measure to all the brands, which includes Jackpot Grand. -

I feel sorry for players who dont know about these forums and all the players that got banned with no reason.

But I would love for to explain the reason for this supposed ban from 2 years ago. Just so any other players who get involved can see you guys ban anyone who wins with the same false reasons.

Again, what is the reason I was banned.
Also, 3 weeks later and zero response from the casino or the manager. The one and only reason i finally got some kind of an answer is because the admins here had to chase you around. If I didnt know about this forum, I would never have got an answer

I have NEVER deposited. In my innitial post I said I tried to deposit and it went into preauth saying "your deposit has been confirmed please visit the cashier to process" And when I did, I was instantly banned. I contacted my bank to make sure the process never went through.
At most Ive played a couple NDB over a few years. Possibly the last time being 2 years ago. Because I have just recently come back around. My posting history here proves it as I didnt post for probably 2 years until recent. and I can prove it with credit card transactions and letters from my other casinos.

When I asked the support BEFORE playing "is my account and everything, name etc anything and everything in good standing order and can you please do a thorough check" I was told "yes your account, details and everything is perfectly fine. Go ahead and play"

very weird. All I see is this website and begado complaints of no one getting paid. I also see their sister site is listed as rogue too.

This is just one more example of why these online gaming sites should be governed by neutral entities that will hold these sites to strict accountability procedures mandated in a rules and regulations policy.
These governing entities would have legal and enforceable punishment avenues available to force these rogue gaming sites to comply. Should the site continue to break the rules & regulations, then the governing entities would have the legal authority to fine, suspend, or shut the site down.
As it stands now, any online gaming site basically, can make their own rules as they go. Who is going to stop them? Answer, NOBODY! Currently what type of redress does a player have for these online sites? Answer, ZERO!
Albeit LCB does its level best to help negotiate a satisfactory outcome, this isn’t always possible. Worst case scenario - the player winds up with no money and the online gaming site laughs all the way to the bank, depositing that EASY MONEY!
Until regulation comes into play to safe guard online players, I have decided to discontinue making any real money deposits at any online gaming site. It is a sad situation for me, because I love gaming but, not enough to let a casino sucker me out of my money.
I have to admit, since my decision, in a weird way this is sweet revenge and good karma coming for me; knowing not one single online gaming site will be laughing while depositing anymore sucker money from me! It’s my turn to laugh!
