Ok so I had been playing a slot called Lava Gold. I personally like this slot because it seems to pay out pretty well when it doesn't have this problem I ran into twice. So I don't know what it is but this slot will be ok until all the sudden it will refuse to progress. I know it sounds weird but listen to this. This slot has a free spin bonus meter on the side of it. You have to connect the squares that match the notches you are on to complete the cycle. This makes it a commitment to make it all the way to the top. You spend money on the way there and if you chose to leave before you get there you are most likely losing money because you don't really make much until you complete the cycle. After you compete all the notches you receive 10 free spins and it pays pretty well. This slot has its ups and downs. This issue first happened at Super Slots and I complained and they said they would let Betsoft know about it . The assured me that the problem would be fixed which I have documented. But I will explain the issue I had with Jazz Casino first which was the second incident I had with this slot. Naturally you can win or lose and I had run out of money a few times early in the day which was normal. I made 4 different deposits of 250 dollars so I had been winning and losing all day. I decided to try to go through the cycle at 18.75 and I won big. I was up to 3200 dollars. I decided to go for it again and I started having issues with the slot immediately. It started out kind of delayed. I was noticing it was taking way more spins to get up the meter than usual. As I make it further and further up the slot I noticed it wasn't budging at all. The slot refused to let me go any further. Every spin was either nothing or a measley 3 dollars. It was the same patterns over and over I was seeing in the square arrangement. Like someone saw I was winning and decided to hit a switch to stop it is what it seemed like. This contradicts the whole idea of the slot being based on a random number generator. Random number generators are not supposed to react to a large win, or anything for that matter. They are supposed to operate on their own terms without any manipulation or triggers. I immediately went to casino support and complained about the slot and told them I knew for sure it was not RNg. It just changed because I had won a decent amount it couldn't be. Random would be more spread out like our wins are. Not held back waiting for me to win then spring a trap for me afterward. That is conscious or triggered, not rng. This thing obviously either was triggered by the big win or someone hit a switch. I've been playing since 2004 I know the difference between a bad streak and a scam. An employee by the name of Phil sounded pretty helpful until he heard I knew the slot wasn't RNG and how pissed people would be if they had just seen what I saw. He told me he would call me back. The call back his whole tone changed and he immediately began downplaying what happened. He said the slot was checked and there was nothing wrong with it and I had just lost and I was mad. Then he started talking to me like he was the one who was playing it and not me. He didnt see what I saw. I saw this thing being real funny. I got mad and told him about how the slot was repeating the same 2 patterns over and over again. The face value squares with the pictures and not the j a k would be bunched up in the middle or they would allow things to connect and open up if it was surrounded by 5 others on all sides so you had no chance of connecting twice because all the surrounding squares would mix in evenlywhich would only give you a small win or nothing at all. Also i saw squares jumping differently. The ones I needed would be bunched up next to an opening, and I would need one more to get enough to move up the meter and I would have other squares that were behind the ones I need jump over them to occupy the vacant spot!! It was organized, not random at all. Earlier in the day there was more variety of placement and all the sudden it was doing the same 2 placement styles over and over and over. Phil shows me my history and I was shocked. No casino has ever ever offered to show me my history before unless the casino is super transparent and provides an option to maybe show recent history in your profile. That's where Phil made a huge mistake. There is a reason why most casinos will not let you have your history and that is because you can prove it when something goes wrong. Sure enough as I get to the most recent cycle I saw a major change in the slots behavior. It was clear as day for me but Phil was again telling me I was over reacting and again that I was mad just because I lost. Wel I didn't completely lose. I had money left over and I had made 4 deposits that day. Give me a break. I didn't complain before when I had to put 250 back into the slot to keep going. There was a huge difference and it wouldn't move!! So after arguing with him he refuses to refund my money. I was trying to work it out with him and explain why I deserved a refund and he wasn't having it. I even did all the math and showed him that during all the previous cycles it only took about 200 spins at the most to compete each cycle. I had done about 7 cycles that day already. The cycle I stopped on I was up to spin 304 and it wasn't giving me any breaks! There were hardly any decent wins on the way up the meter like there was before my big win. Finally I had enough and I still had over 700 dollars left. Pissed about the money I had lost already I decided to prove to them this slot was not going any further and I told the casino employee that was working at the time to watch this. I went to the slot and started spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning. Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing small win nothing nothing nothing nothing then one decent win but still no progress up the meter and it are all the rest of the money. I have it on video to prove that exactly what I said was going to happen happened. Besides I needed more proof the slot wasn't going to budge to try to have a better case against Jazz Casino if it came to that. Having all the evidence I needed and over 400 spins and still didn't complete the cycle. This is double the number it took to COMPLETE all the other cycles of that day and many other days I played this slot. So the slot still had 2 of the hardest notches left and was already over 400 spins in the cycle. It probably would have been over 500 spins to complete the cycle!!!! That would have been close to 3 cycles worth before when the slot was behaving normally!!! I have the history from other games in days before too thanks to Phil. Anyways the employee tells me not to worry about it and they will take care of it in the morning. So the next day I get on the live chat and I'm told they were not going to refund me! I call the number and a guy named David answers and I can tell they are using a tactic that might work on newer players. He tries to downplay what happens and tells me I'm just mad because I lost. Again I didnt totally lose until I wanted to prove that the slot was locked up and wouldn't budge. It was rigged. Then he transfers me to Phil and I'm exploding. I know this slot was tampered with or it was programmed to trap people after winning a large pot. Phil refuses to give me my money back. I told him it's illegal to scam customers in the United States and Curacao. He then closes my account and takes the last of the money I had left over. I called him and told him that was nothing compared to the money he let that slot scam me for. Then i hung up and filed report after report after report. i recieved a response from one and its being investigated. i guess alot of people are having the same problems. Its really sad when a casino that probably makes a ton of money goes as low as to take from customers that catch their slots doing shady things out of the blue. You cant't provide a tainted service, get caught, and not return the money. Curacao is corrupt from what im learning but eventually... it gets dealt with. :)
RESOLVED: Jazz Casino slot seizes up and drains all my money. Jazz Casino refuses to refund money. Hear me out.

From what I'm hearing, these casinos are not regulated and when they do this to customers they usually get away with it. People need to understand this before handing these people money. If you have a valid dead to rights complaint against them, they can throw it back in your face and walk away. The time and resources it takes to do anything about this is usually beyond our capabilities. When you hand your money over to these guys or any casino for that matter, unless they are located in your country, you 99 percent of the time not ever going to get it back no matter what happens. Not even if it is to save your life. It's the brutal honest to God truth. To these people you are just a dollar sign and all that writing they have on their site. I have been playing since 2004. These casinos are corrupt. They are pimps pushing their product. These games are the prostitutes doing things they can't even be honest and upfront about or they would face prosecution in any country on this planet that's civilized. They will do whatever they have to do to make sure they make money. Even if it means taking yours illegally. All that writing and nice things they say is just a front. Because when you actually have a real problem and you end up getting ripped off you see their masks come off and the nasty disgusting underbelly is exposed. They are greedy dishonest corrupted henchmen. You will find that out when you become a victim of an illegal crime that they provided to you. Delivered to your country over seas and boarders and states right into your home where you feel safe. Don't let it come to that. One time I lost 125 spins in a row on a slot called Golden Horns. Another Betsoft masterpiece... tell me... who can put an rtp on 125 straight losses? It was a record for sure... Guess what the casino did about it. Nothing... all they do is provide it and they accept no responsibility. They have zero accountability unless it's accepting your money and lying to you to get it. That game isn't RNG. There is nothing random about anything that is over favored in one direction. You can't have 10 numbers and say nine of them are yours and one of them is mine, throw them in a bag and mix them around and pick one then say that's random. That's fixed. House edge is fair not house landslide. Also I hear all the time that you can't determine the rtp by just playing a few games. It's all of them combined. Well then in that case let's say the rtp on games are a risk instead of advertising a return that was established by someone who tested it briefly. Do you know how many times I've spent hundreds and not hit anything? Ever raise the bet and all the sudden the game stops letting you win right at that moment? I have a situation like that documented as well. You ever notice that every casino you go to they always seem to have the exact same copy and paste replies? They are sworn to secrecy and if they slip up and accidently tell you something they shouldn't they get fired. Instantly. I had a nice woman that I complained to and unloaded on because of how frustrating it was that the games were so unfair. Everything I told her was real and true and from the heart. I wanted so bad to have fun but greed gets in the way of that. I was on a bonus that wasn't totally gone yet, but she decided to give me another one and it really made my day. I ended up winning with it and I come back and ask if I can cash out anything. They told me I had multiple bonus chips. I told them it was given to me and I didn't ask for it I was just venting. As a matter of fact I was so caught up in venting that she just added it without confirmation so I assumed it was legit and I thanked her. Well they threatened to fire her unless I let them take all the money I made off that chip and I accepted another chip that I could actually cash out. How does that make any sense? You want to remedy a bonus chip I shouldn't have had with another chip that I can have? I didn't want her to get fired so I took it knowing I was going to lose anyways. They always tell you that they see people win all the time. What they don't tell you is out of how many times that actually is. I know because I've played since 2004. You basically have a better chance at winning the lottery then hitting a jackpot. I barely had a decent win over 1000 dollars maybe 3 times? Out of countless times. They always tell me it's my luck... dont ever let them get in your head and make you think it has anything to do with you. It's the software!!!

So i contacted the casino and had a long talk with Nick. I'm pretty sure he is a manager or something because he was authorzied to conversate on the subjects that bothered me. He said the casino determined that there is nothing wrong with the game and they won't refund my money. I ws kind of lost after that but then i realized I am not just imagining what I see. It's very real and it's very illegal.
Then I got this email:
Hi Jeffrey,
Thanks for writing in.
After checking all your action on Gold Lava I can determine the following:
There’s no rule that a player will get the Free Spins after 200+ spins, if not everyone who plays and doesn’t get the FS would have this claim.
There are moments when you got the Free Spins triggered with less than 100 spins and there are moments when it takes you more than 300 spins to get them. Proving that Free Spins triggers are relative.
After reaching the $3.2K mark, you played about 300 – 400 more spins and as you mentioned, you did not trigger the Free Spins as you lost your balance. You claimed that the max won was and I quote, a measly $3. There were spins which equaled to more than $100-$150 if we count the Cluster feature and single spins which awarded up to almost $20.
As well, at no point did the game stop showing a specific symbol which prevented you from completing the Free Spins trigger, quite the opposite, the symbols corresponding to those you needed did show and sometimes even in the amount that was needed, they just didn’t land next to each other.
There’s no such thing as a switch that can be “activated” when someone is winning, nor are the games created with that ability/feature. BetSoft’s license (Malta) would not permit them to have games of such nature as it is against the law and their license would be revoked. One of their specialists checked the action as well and determined the same thing as myself, the action is all fair and there is no settings which prevents players from winning after they reach an X amount of winnings.
Final resolution is that no funds are owed and the action was played fairly.
Regards,
Casino Support.
I apologize for the sloppy typing but when you have had to type as much as i have the past few weeks you would understand, but here is my reply:
That’s great you guys are working together but at this point I would like to say how ridiculous it is you just claimed that the game is relative… First off I can prove the game will spam the same 2 patterns over and over. The square placement tells a bug story about this game. See the square placement has a lot to do with the progress of the game. I would like to mention there is nothing that could ever be relative about this game because with the many different squares this game offers, it would be nearly impossible to progress unless the squares are bunched together in groups of 6 or more. The odds that the squares would even come out in groups of 6 to begin with would be so rare that this game would not be possible unless there was some design to manipulate the placement before hand. Which proves that unless there is a computer to purposely distribute them out in groups then the game would be beyond playable for people because they would have spent so much money before the chances that what they need to progress would appear in groups of six. Much less anything for that matter to appear in groups of 6. So basically in my opinion, no math is needed to try to explain how impossible game play would actually be if the game was entirely random and not pre planned and the squares placed in groups on purpose. Because if it was random, there are any one of 10 different squares that can be chosen to be placed anywhere on the board. If it was truely random the pieces would not only appear in certain areas of the board more than others. Random does not choose… a software program does. It has 2 specific patterns that it chooses to place the squares more than other times that my brain couldn’t help but recognize. It is 2 patterns that specifically make the game also purposely difficult for the player to progress. It is the program either clumps up face value squares in the middle together and you will notice the 10 through A will be surrounding it like a body of water or an island. Or th me face value squares will be deliberately placed as the body of water around an islan of 10 through A. This is strategically placed so that the player has a harder time making it up the meter and I can prove why. This makes it so that if you do connect squares it will most likely be in the center. I noticed always in the middle of as many surrounding squares as possible does the computer arrange these as to maximize the difficulty to continue to connect more squares after the first connection because it has multiple squares to evenly spread and occupy the opened up area. Also the squares will not spread by any means of a random spread either. That means more times than not if you have a square that you need to progress up the meter next to an open area, you will 8 times out of 10 see other squares jump over the squares you need to occupy the open area, or the squares you need will blend in perfectly and spread inconvieniently to prevent progress. The software program does a beautiful job at pretending it is truely random is what it does. Most of the time… but then there is another issue that I have that makes it impossible to be relative. The computer chooses an algorithm to follow based on the payouts. These slots are set to pay out a certain amount or be triggered when someone wins or increases the bet to a high level and the slot is designed of make maneuvers to prevent people from winning. Thats why these same 2 patterns are unfairly repeated after it is triggered. A truely random machine would differ and blend in more and not have such concentrated and directed clusters of no progress and the meter not moving up. It would be more up and down like it was earlier before a large win. Not all bunched up like the squares purposely are. If I have to I can mathematically prove this to be true. To me it is common sense… but there are a very select few people who it’s not in their best interests that this information to be validated, therefore I can pretty much guarantee that I am going to have difficulty getting agreement on this and I may have to get the video evaluated by an actual mathematician at the college here in my city. But if my brain can pick up the patterns then it shouldn’t be too difficult since I can remember those 2 distinct patterns way more than the rest. If I have to I will develop a similar model of the same game but with actual random placement and I can show you the difference between the one that is manipulated, and the one that is not. All I have to do is draw it out and randomly draw the numbers 1 through 10 and place them in a space chosen by a random number that is also drawn randomly. The computer manipulates square placement which also proves that at any given moment, say you win a large pot from the free spins for example, or the bet is raised to a high level and the software determines you are a threat to the money it is designed to protect and only allow so much of to leave out of it, it will perform a programmed algorithm that prevents the player from winning more times than others. If you are face a series of steady ups and downs then it will not react as harshly unless you play with an agressive playstyle such as myself and as the fluctuation of money flows more in your favor, you will notice the software will compensate and start to cluster so many losses together, sometimes consecutively for an impossible amount of times that no random anything could possibly do. If the software draws from certain algorithms to use then it shouldn’t be fixed. It should not react to actions done by the player. All of this can be proven mathematicallly but I’m sure with a little help I can figure it out. My brain will never ever forget the repetitive and casino favoring behavior of the game because it costs a lot of money when it chooses to do so. Not when it happens to do so. The game cannot perform with normal ups and downs from 9am to 1:50pm, and then wait till a large win to randomly unload a barrage of the same patterned losses. Like I said I can create a model and show you the huge difference between the 2 . The difference between random and that game lava gold. This is coming from a person that has way more time playing under his belt and millions and millions of spins I’ve sat and watched before my eyes. I am very fair and I agree the house has to have an edge. But it’s clear that these games operate at more of a house landslide. There are other games that I can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the squares are manipulated and unfairly placed to be controlled in a manner that appears chaotic behavior but when there is manipulation, there is error in the actions that contradict what it is told to us that it is.
Then I got to working on my case.
For one thing I understood the software had to manipulate the square placement to even connect any squares so that the game can function. So to prove this to myself I made a model 5 by 5 square with the same number of squares available, 1 thorugh 10. Then I video recorded myself using a random number generator and filling in the squares. The finished product proved beyond any doubt that without a software to manipulate the place ment of the squares that there was hardly any possibility of getting 5 or 6 to connect so that you can open up the board. Then I really got down to business. I decided to record many many games of Lava Gold sped up with a turbo button on my mouse. I just held it and watched the screen zip through games. After about the 7th casino I tested out I realized that some of the lava soft games I played had other ways of ensuring the player didn't progress very far. One casino had super aggressive squares that would almost jump across the board just to occupy the spaces evenly and block the squares you need to spread. It did that alot on this particular caisnos lava soft more than the others for sure. They all ended up doing the same thing in the end though. They would allow the player to climb up the meter and it would hold me there until my money waxs gone. It didn't matter how much money I had. It seemed to be able to do this as long as it needed to without hardly any changes. Some of these holds would last forever! I looked back at my history and saw a loooooooong loooooong line of 0 and ~2 for the bet and a few very rare and tiny +for like 24 cents or 40 cents. I have all this documented by the way. There was no mistaking that the same thing happened no matter which casino I went to. So in conclusion this proves the casino support that wrote that up there was lying to me to try to negate any claim to a refund. Thats the only reason why he said that because its a lie and he has to have a motive why he wrote it right? The reaosn why its a lie ios because the game would not even function if it didn't have a software program to manipulate the square placement. Having real random square placement wouldn't work. You would lose so much you wouldnt want to play. That means this software either choses the placementon a computed whim in a manipulated fashon, or these layouts were pre programmed into the software in an organized algorithm. That being said this cannot be a random number generated slot machine then. Also this means the software has the authority to compute complex layouts that owuld result in what we see all the time... I personally lose way more than I am comfortable with and this would be the reaosn why. It's manipulated. Nothing is random. The software is deciding my fate and how it plays out or it has set algorithms that are set to do it. Either way... Thats fixed... Lets nott beat around the bush anymore... That's not what is advertised everywhere we go. Do you know how much money has been handed over to these casinos that run these games that I personally withnessed deal out 125 losses straight on Golden Horns during a Drake Casino Tournament.... Now think... That was all programmed into these things that we all thought was random. I'll tell you what. They had me convinced for a long time and I still catch myself tryting to play these slots like they are actually random and that is exactly why I lose! ALL THE TIME! I have a few million spins under my belt and I can't even begin to explain how the number of losses TOWERS over the wins. The wins have to be about 5 percent of my spins in the end. I have had some endless losing streaks that just went on for days and days. All that money I spent and the games were not even random... Now these slots from what i gathered are set to payout a certain amount and the software works its programming that diguises it as what appears to be random and makes calulations on what it can give and what it can take and I saw MANY times where the slot was in a tough position because it has to pay you out and appear to be random at teh same time while plotting this long line of moves to make to do that. I noticed sometimes when the slot was in a tough position and I got a decnt sized pot, it would over rule the blend in and hide mode and it would activate the who cares make sure he doesnt get tha money routine. I mean come on guys you are not stupid you can see things and you have your own opionions that are probvably right. But then you go talk to a casino employee and they have pre programmed copy and paste paragraph responses that they put in like robots. I got a few to crack though. Enough to crack that they confirmed what I knew to be true. What my suspicions were. They would in the end tell me, "Wel what do you expect? This is a casino." No buddy... That is called crossing the line and who is more greedy, the players who don't have much or the corporate monster that lives on a beautiful corrupt little island. An island where Betsoft was proven to have rigged a keno game back in 2016 and didnt face a day in court from what I read. They get away with it and we let them. That is why these slots are rigged and the pimps are pushing the product with lies. Try asking for you money back now that you know the games are rigged and see what they say...

Wow, I see and know exactly what your saying as I, too have experienced the same thing. I'm not a math matician by any means but I've spun enough times to recognize patterns or repetition when it comes to losses esp with money. I've played Lava enough to come to the conclusion to never play it again bc I've seen it basically stop at the top but not enough to trigger the bonus and then continuously loose with the same patterns even with changing up my spin durations. I believe the computer recognizes the players spin patterns as well so I try to time each spin differently as to (hope) try to manipulate wins or retrigger bonuses.
I'd love to see the videos you've taken. I think that was smart and hope that you can prove that some of these casinos do cheat in some capacity. I know not all of them do but I do believe that some play against the rules and manipulate losses to make sure the casino always wins. I believe that free spins that are given (not in game bonuses) are manipulated to some extent. Again it's my opinion. -

What I came to the conclusion of is that some casinos have different details of the game that are unlike another which makes it clear that either the casino has the ability to change the software to their liking, or Betsoft does it for them. I will post these videos to YouTube. I will have to work on it tomorrow. I will take a compilation and make sure it is proven once and for all what it is I have been experiencing personally and put an end to all the scepticism. As players that come across issues, we express our experience to casino staff and other people to try to seek help and we are met by a certain level of disregard. I think that the casinos have a very strong presence in the squelching of our complaints and a large following that assists in downplaying our issues. We are paying customers and we have a right to be heard and our complaints addressed accordingly. The squelchers have been so successful at downplaying us that it's to the point that these casinos are approached with solid evidence of foul play and are not even entitled to a refund or is there any kind of real regulation that ensures us as customers have rights as we hand over our money. Look at the terms and conditions on some of these sites! It's insane what they write on them but nobody reads them. They know this because people prove to them constantly that they don't by being unaware of the underlying snaky rules that deny them the rights to what their money should give them. I. A transaction who Is to blame? The general idea of a transaction is that there is 2 sides. A person who is buying and a person who is selling. Transactions have changed over time but it is still basic knowledge. It's a trade. It will never be anything but. One person trades an item of value to another for their own reasons and their own purposes. Just because one person hides a bunch of writing stashed away somewhere like some kind of magic scroll that can protect them in case the other person in the trade isn't satisfied doesn't change the nature of the deal. It doesn't cast a magic spell that should protect a person if he deceived the other party and that other party isn't satisfied. I. Reality the trade is only complete when both parties are satisfied and they can both move on with their lives without having to deal with the situation again. In the end it all comes down to a judge and who is more negligent? The party that sells a service knowing that the customer is not going to be happy and sells it anyways? Or the person who is unaware that they are signing all of there rights away because there is some magic scroll hidden away somewhere that protects the other party? I mean come on it's common sense. We let these casinos get away with this stuff for far too long. They need to be regulated or not be able to provide their services to others. Cut off or compliant. Because as long as we allow them to continue to victimize other unsuspecting people, then we are part of the problem too by not doing something about it.

Hello David Emel,

4. As well, at no point did the game stop showing a specific symbol which prevented him from completing the Free Spins trigger, quite the opposite, the symbols corresponding to those he needed did show and sometimes even in the amount that was needed, they just didn’t land next to each other.
5. There’s no such thing as a switch that can be “activated” when someone is winning, nor are the games created with that ability/feature. BetSoft’s license (TBA – Malta) would not permit them to have games of such nature as it is against the law and their license would be revoked. One of their specialists checked the action as well and determined the same thing as myself, the action is all fair and there is no settings which prevents players from winning after they reach an X amount of winnings." -

Well doesn't that just contradict everything I've seen. If the slot didn't have a setting to allow you up the meter and then hold you there. Not by just denying the trex heads either but it will choke you and allow much less connections than it does below. Then why does this occur most of the time in the same spot? It's a perfect place for a trap that's why. It's the perfect place to not force you to stick around through ridiculous amounts of loss and deprivaton of a return. Because it wouldn't matter how long it denies you the trex heads as long as you have a flow of cash coming it. So it will also prevent you from getting other connections as well or it will limit them to a very low amount like my history shows. It will sometimes hold you up lower in the meter but for no where near as long and as deprived of funds coming in from longer connections. The game doesn't do these kinds of stop points where it drains your money lower on the meter because you are more likely to bail and get away with the money. That's why it allows you up the meter almost every time without much hassle. Then when you get up to the top it will deprive you of not just trex heads but almost any connection. That's the point where the customer feels committed and could obtain the free spins at any moment. This is where I have witnessed the most dreadful, overly drawn out and just plain ridiculous stopping points where it does it the most... what RNg software does that? Because the whole idea of random is unfamiliar, or unexpected... well I hate to burst your bubbles but I expect it and I always get it there. The first thing I notice too is how the squares will move very comvieniently against you more than not and prevent you from making connections that turn into 2. Almost guaranteed to run into a lot of those all the sudden when you get up there. I've seen situations where it will seem like it will start doing that below but ends up letting off a bit of you will just bail because it's not worth it. The software does a great job of engaging just enough to get as much as it can and when it knows your on the edge that's when it makes its nastiest attacks.

Hello David Emel,
We haven't discovered anything wrong with the games at this casino. Everything has already been explained to you. If you still think you're right, you can file a complaint with the Jazz Casino licensor HERE or you can contact the Betsoft software provider.
We consider this case resolved.
