Hallo i deposite 17$ to jackpotland and won 1507$ , and started to do a whithdrawel but they will not pay me you can see below.

is there anywhere in their terms that states that selfexclusion from one brand applies to all the sister related brands ?

No i cant finde anything at jackpotland site , and how should i now al sister sites they have you can not read anythere this are a casino.com sistersite !

Sister sites are: Casino.com, Mansion Casino, Club 777, Slots Heaven and Les Acasino

I contacted Jackpoland customer support and they confirmed that self exclusion on one of the sites banes you from using all of them. I wasn't able to find that term in their general T&Cs.

I will notify a casino rep about this, lets see what he will say.

Did you asked them only to close your account? Or did you state you want to close it for gambling problem reasons? Just by closing account  shouldn't affect  on the other sites?? therefore you totally should be paid if this is the situation.  Hope they will pay you off

Wow. Ridiculous reason to void  payment from you. I have closed my account from many casinos that have sister casinos and never had any issues  when i have withdrew money. Gl on your case
