CLOSED - jackgold casino...DO NOT DEPOSIT THERE

I would just like to share my experience with jackgold casino. over a month ago i signed up got the freebie, decided to deposit...i was actually winning and up and i did not take a bonus, so no playthrough. Then next day i try to log in account is temp locked. I contact the live help, and they say standard casino procedures they need to verify my identity. Ok fine, so i submit the requested documents...its to blurry, send again, still to blurry, and then they would say its been saved to file but would then proceed to say that they needed something else to verify...example, i deposited with my entropay, it worked fine....i was notified they dont accept prepaid cards so i could no longer use it. but even after thet they say i need to send documents of my entropay, (which i already had) but what for? if i cant use it....this went on for about a month (no joke) for them to finally say that the docs i submitted where ok, but my account still remains closed. bunch of bs if you ask me.

Sorry to hear u had problems with this casino, hopefully someone on this forum can help, maybe there might be a rep for this casino, but im not sure if there is
