RESOLVED: Jack's Pay will not pay

I initiated a withdrawal request for $135.48 via Bitcoin 9/20. Inquired about it a few times and, after waiting a very long time for chat service each time, repeatedly told they were placing a "rush" on processing it and was told repeatedly I would be paid "the next day"...numerous times.

You have pending withdrawals that can be reversed instead of depositing.

Any withdrawals listed below may be reversed and refunded back to your account.

I have been a frequent gamer for several years and experienced my fair share of "stall tactics"...etc. 

Will not wager another penny on this site whether or not I receive my withdrawal. It's very small but irritates me enough to submit a complaint especially since it is a newer casino so hopefully others do not fall prey to their scams.

We've received a reply from the Casino Representative. Here's what he says:

"The player will be paid within 24 hours. Due to the player's systematic approach to barely meeting wagering requirements then withdrawing on a number of occasions; his withdrawal was delayed due to fraud conducting a review.

JacksPay usually pays within 48 hours, but if bonus abuse is suspected – there could be a delay."

This is completely false information. This is only the second time I have made a withdrawal....unbelievable. I have made 22 deposits over the past 3 months and this is my second withdrawal. How this in anyway could remotely constitute "fraud" is beyond my comprehension.

I have NEVER been accused of bonus abuse nor ever implemented strategies towards the contrary.

This is 100% an excuse and stall tactic on their part to pay what I am rightfully owed in hopes I would reverse the withdrawal out of frustration...I know exactly what the terms and conditions are word for word and have never breached them.

I wonder if Jack's pay is affiliated with Captain Jacks casino?  Sounds similar to a situation I went through.  I don't bother with casinos that take more than a few hours to pay out, anymore.  Especially  crypto!  Good luck!

Jack's Pay Casino is not affiliated to Captain Jack Casino as far as we know. 

This type of situation frightens me being a regular player and depositor, the casino tries to find an every excuse to not payout the winnings. They should be prepared and managed in the beginning not to allow irregular plays.
