    Hi i don't mean to step into your thread but,  I think I'm having an issue with my recent withdrawal from lupin and didn't see a direct connection page with this casino, I am having a hard time getting my second withdrawal I was already verified and withdrew a few months ago and I am trying to do again and now I'm having to go through the verification process again and my first attempt to withdraw last week was rejected because they said I wasn't verified so I had to do it again and now wait the 2-3 days again. Which I have, now telling me "waiting game" still

     I know yall sometimes help kick the process up thanks for any assistance
