RESOLVED: Issue with Geneysys Club Casinos

Good Evening everyone,

So I make deposits as this group. Not on a regular basis, but at least every other month. I have $152 sitting in my account and I made play-through. I haven't deposited in a while and that I do understand. My issue is, I went to support and I was told even if I make a deposit, I can not cash out. That doesn't make any sense? 

If I am willing to make a deposit, without a bonus, shouldn't I be able to cash-out? That's how most other Casinos work, correct?

Anyone else have a similar issue with this group? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I play at all of them, but I was referring to Wizbet. That is where the money is in my account with the completed play-through.

Also, I have deposited at Wizbet. Why if I am not allowed to claim a bonus, do they allow their system to do so? Most other casinos, like RTG brand for instance. You are told your coupon or code can not be redeemed. So does the Funky Fortunes group of casinos.

We chatted with the casino rep and please take a look at what they said: 

According to the terms and conditions of Wizbet Online Casino, a player is only allowed one free bonus/spins claim at a time, where no deposit is required.
Should a player claim more than one free bonus/spins offer in succession, without making a deposit purchase in between free claims, any winnings generated from that free bonus will be null and void.
In the event that a Player makes a deposit whilst the 2nd (or any consecutive) free bonus is active and their balance does not drop lower than the amount deposited, a withdrawal will be declined as this effectively indicates that you are playing with the free bonus money and therefore the funds were generated by the free bonus.
Our recommendation (as per our terms and conditions) is that a Player should play down the current funds from the active, free bonus to a balance of nil, BEFORE making a deposit. This recommendation is specifically to avoid confusion and possible disappointment on the Player’s behalf.
