intertops 20 free blackjack hand bonus did not give it to me

had to play though 87.50$ to get 17.50 i deposited played  over 87.50 now thay want give it to me this is what happend. there page says (This promotion is exclusively for the Casino game) thay tell me it has to be wagerd on blackjack and it dont say that here is the chat with intertops  (Please wait for a site operator to respond.

The promotion is called BlackJack - Free Hands and says " Go to any Blackjack game (Blackjack, Face Up 21, Double Draw and Perfect Pair) which you can access through the Intertops Poker client Casino button. Each player has 20 Blackjack hands, each worth $1 and a maximum of three (3) free hands can be played at one time. "

I am sorry if this was misleading in any way. With the promotion called "BlackJack - Free Hands" and the games listed "Blackjack, Face Up 21, Double Draw and Perfect Pair" we thought it would be fairly clear that the only games allowed for both the bonus and the playthrough were the Blackjack ones.

I will talk with the Poker Department to make sure that future promotional texts like this will not contain any room for misinterpretation.

I have been playing with Intertops Classic and Red for years and they have always been very honest. I just cashed out $200.00 on a free chip about a week ago. I was not sure whether mine could be cashed out but I had a check within a week. Unlike many of the online casinos, Intertops has gone out of their way to be fair to their players. I'm sorry that happened to you, but maybe draft a letter to management about it? They may not be able to help you with that specific promotion, but maybe they can give you a new chip or something to encourage customer loyalty. it doesn't hurt to ask.
