  • As I wrote earlier in the comments, they refuse to withdraw money to me. On the inmerion website it is indicated that the withdrawal without additional checks, KYC and so on. As a result, I put $ 13,000 in USDT on withdrawal, they have been chasing me for a month. At first they didn't like the mail - I confirmed everything, then they requested documents, let me remind you on the website it says that without KYC!!! Then they sent a game session to check the provider, it is unclear why and for what. I'm writing to support already as a job, they started ignoring me. This has been going on for almost a month, I really ask you to help, the amount is not small, I'm already starting to worry, for example, on bcgame - this has never happened.
