    I got the run around for 7 days back and forth due to a $500 withdrawal with PlatnuimReels that in reality they had No intentions on paying me anyways.I got tired of the excuses that they need this and need that and then it was something else all this going on for a week and still nothing.Ive had money put on my money card rewards many times and Now there Not paying players at all and making up excuses with No intentions of paying the player.When i finally couldn't take anymore I told them that i would let my bank handle the unauthorized transactions on my debit card account and they closed my casino account instantly...just like that.WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM PLATNUIM REELS THEY ARE THIEVES AND NEED SHUT DOWN

    My experience wasn't Platimum but,  a VERY, similar casino.  (Box 24)

    The same thing happened to me two years ago.  I won $2,000.00 and I started the withdrawal.  After two anda half days it was still pending.  I started chat and as soon as this too long of a pending period thing came out of my typing fingers, I was logged out.  When I tried to log back in it said no such account existed.  I was some PO'ed.

    After that I tried many times to get back on chat but, they wouldn't talk to me
