  • I deposit in the hot.bet casino like 500$ and won 1500$ which i want to withdraw the thing that the withdraw is still pending and when i contact customer service the'ye twisting and jot giving the direct answer like , we dont know , we have no idea why or when will process , and when i ask about time frame estimated time they said that they do know and not able to give information about this , Now how could i get my withdrawal? And did anyone face same problem?and get paid then?

  • I have deposite 500$ in hotbet in multiple deposits , then i won 1500$ and i withdraw them, yet the withdrawa is pending , and i contact customer service they dont give answers , just keep telling that they dont know when will process or when will credit to my account and i got no answer at all from customer service , how can i get my withdrawals from them

  • Update : I just received an email from the hot.bet telling me that withdrawl is processed to my bank account , also status changed to processing in the web site , well keep update you bcz they mention that if they need any information they will get in touch with me

    I just attached it , they said the payment provider cancelled the payment ? Without telling me any reason
