  • Hi guyz n galz!!
    I am in need of some advice, concerning a withdrawal request with "Instant bingo" (Parley family). The 2nd of Feb/2016 I requested information on how to make a withdrawal, was givin info & I submitted all documents, they were approved & provided a method in which also was approved and added to my account. And again they now have refused the withdrawal. In the email it did not give any reason but live support said that i needed to make a successful deposit because it had been more then 10 days since the previous deposit and then the support rep added " that I ""Should"" be ok for the withdrawal. "Should" is not straight forward!! But i am
    willing to make the deposit if that is what i need for it to go through, but I will not deposit if they
    won't say that is exactly what is needed to be done.
    So tonight i went back to live help and again asked what exactly i needed to do  to be able to withdraw my winnings and now they say i still had more wagering (but had been told previously that I had met the wagering). They keep giving me the run around and are not straight forward with me.(( & in my book if your not straight forward then there must be something wrong)) So now i am at a stand still with them once again almost a month into my initial request..which i find ridiculous & absurd!! Please anyone have any advice on how i should proceed with this??

  • Hi Guyz n Galz!! I'm still in limbo with this situation with  "InstantBingo"(Parley).  Last weekend went back to site deposited & requested a withdrawal, then went to live  help & asked if i did what was needed for a successful withdrawal...well OMG the response i got from the rep was & I quote "You'll be the first to know if you did".(( I was so unimpressed & surprised  by that  unprofessional response i took a screenshot, because i was sure no one would believe me.)) So I decided to wait till tuesday & still had not received any communications from them, so i went back to live help to ask why & ask again if I did everything right for a successful withdrawal well again the rep would not give me a direct answer. 
    I find that the costumer service on this site is not up to par(( to be polite)). They follow there T&C's to the "T" but then won't give proper assistance to the client when needed... So disappointing...
      HELP PLEASE!!!!
    Can anyone help me with this, please??
    I want to know if i did things right and if not what must i do??
    It would be so much easier if they just would be straight forward when with live support.  And assist with the situation of the client instead of trying to "force" the client to make another deposit, with there "big" promo's for bonuses.

So if you requested your withdraw on a Friday you would have to wait until the following Monday not the Monday in 3 days from request. they call it a verification period. If you still have your withdraw in the withdraw section than I would contact accounting dept asking why.  If your withdraw is not still pending and the money is gone than you will be paid. a few times I had no clue to what was going on until check was in the mail. Make sure to go and read what documents they need in the rules section cause there always being updated and if you have everything contact accounting cause live help is not much help at all. I still stand by this site , it is my favorite place to play at . Good luck  smiley

    They have all documents & they were accepted. Also the money is not in my account it is a pending withdrawal. And I do so agree that most live help reps are useless on this site..but i did once or twice get someone who did help. ((gotta give credit where credit is do..of course)) This has been going on since the 2nd of Feb/2016. I did send a report to accounting & this morning got a response...but i think Connor (accounting rep) did not do his homework for the response did not correspond to this withdrawal...I am so at my wits end with this site.

  • Hi Guyz n Galz, me again with the same old same old...
    Can you imagine they once again refused my withdrawal request ...Even after me asking everyone i could, and i quote "what must i do for a successful withdrawal?" or "am i missing any thing for my withdrawal to be successful"  funny how they did not mention they wanted " a hand written letter" telling them that i had destroyed the prepaid gift card with the last 4 digits that i used on last deposit...So now i will need to deposit once again because of there incompetence, & not being straight forward I will have surpassed the "10 day last deposit" T&C.  I am so discussed with them...very unprofessional and incompetent on there part...Oh & FYI the "toll free number" they give you to contact them does NOT work.
    You must use the direct number and they don't pay that you do!!
    Thanks guys for putting up with my moaning...{{wonder if i will ever learn, when it comes to these sites..}}

    Ok so that means if you requested on friday you would be waiting almost a week and a half for the "verification"to be done.  And this is your favorite place to play?

    This place looks like a joke.  Grace stop depositing, don't play into their games.  If you sent the documents, made the deposit, and they keep not approving it would seem this play is not a very good place.

    The rep is responding, but they are definitely not doing a very good job helping you.  Most reps at a reputable casino would have had this handled by now.  The rep is probably the same vague customer service rep you were talking to.
