    I'm raising this complaint against hejgo an online casino where i made a deposit and it got rejected and still now it's over one week and i didn't got the money refunded

    In situations where the casino rejects a deposit, the responsibility for issuing a refund typically lies with the payment method provider, you may need to initiate the refund process with your bank. 

  • i initiated already a reverse remittance through my bank but at the end the casino's bank should accept it else it would be a loophole and i can't get my money back

  • that's why i'm raising here the complaint asking in a friendly way your intervention to get this matter solved because the casino seems to be not cooperative with this matter

    I would like to say that the casino is simply baffling the case and make it really lasting longer than usual for no reason, where I still haven't got neither the refund from their recipient bank nor a concrete information about the refund status.

    We finally heard back from the Hejgo team. They informed us that the refund request has been processed on their end and that the funds should reach you shortly.

    Do you have any updates on your side? Please let us know if you have already received the funds.

    thank you for your quickest reply and for the news provided.

    Upon checking my bank account, I noticed a withdrawal of €600 was credited to my account. However, what’s strange is that it came from a different payment provider. I made the payment to Payabl. CY LTD, but the credit came from INPAY AS. Is this okay? It doesn't seem to be a problem, right?

    It's not uncommon for financial transactions to involve intermediary payment providers, especially with international transactions or specific types of services.

    It shouldn't be an issue, however, if you have any doubts, contact both the payment provider and your bank.
