    Guts had a campaign last week. Play the invisible man 100 rounds each day for a week and get 10 freespins on Dracula 24 April (for each day).
    So I did and I'm 100% sure I did that 2 days. Today I got 10 freespins but it should have been 20.
    I asked the chat for the 10 freespins. NO you did not play 2 days. Yes I did. NO our system indicates you didn't. I said can I talk to your boss. She said NO there is no need to cause he see the same as I do. I'm a regular there and they didn't believe me. It was like talking to a wall!

    OK 10 freespins is not much but I think its such bad attitude of such large casino to just ignore me. I mean right should be right. Anyone else got this fail or had problems with Guts ? I never had any issues before but this time they really made me disapointed  >:(
