Grand Macao casino does not pay!

Hello, this casino cheaters. Blocked me after I won a no deposit bonus.
They say that I had some problems with the CasinoTitan RTG and therefore will not pay me a prize. They have no evidence, and they break the rules.

Well since you posted in a complaint section it was only normal to assume that you are seeking for help.

If you do not want to contact them that is your prerogative, but then the credibility of your complaint would be in question.

I am not saying that you do not have the ground to complain, but since there is not enough information about your case I have to take what you said with some reservation, in terms of remaining objective and wait for the evidence which would support either your or casino story.

My advice is that you contact their Rep, and so we can hear the other side of the story and also see if this complaint can be resolved.

And then we can judge who is in right here.

in other words, who is dealing with any kind of israeli business, totally deserve what they get back. purchasing anything from there, to casino chips to music packages one thing is for sure, that money will be forever lost. /fact .

i speak based on my experience and on what i read through all years on music forums. never send there at least one CD because paypal claim will come shortly after package has arrived to customer. the customer wants his money back claiming different excuses like CD is not mint, package not arrived, is broken, despite the fact the seller have track iD which prove the contrary, CD hit the post and because of good packaging, is in mint condition. if is broken, the customer should sent it back, being refunded on paypal. the only problem is that, customer never sends the ;broken; CD/LP/tape or package BACK, which is called theft and paypal for ;unknown; reasons likes to give favorable decisions to their beloved israelis despite all the proofs are shown in the claim. so he/she now are owning the CD and have his money back in the pocket.
this is not racism dear people, these are facts. go and ask on large music forums or go to threads with names like ;people to avoid; and see which country is the most avoidable and blacklisted on every seller with at least 1 year of business. there is a reason casinos are banning eastern europe and israel among other countries that have bad legislation for online casinos. the percentage of recreational/legit gamblers vs bonus abusers/players that are doing problems to casino is high. this is why they simply ban a country from registration. is this called racism? i think this is called protection for your business against people which are not using your services with good faith.

If you will notice I totally stayed away from mentioning anything in your comment that had political, religious, or racial overtones.  But it seems that I might have inadvertently touched some sore spots with you.  Again, totally not my intend.  I think you might have some issues in these areas, as Zuga so tactfully brought to your attention.
