RESOLVED: golden lion casino

I registered an account and made a de posit with this casino then tried to log in....account locked. I opened a chat and finally resolved the lock out and only nwanted to play. The chat host then applied a bonus to my account (great) and I thanked her and before i could even log in to my account the casino called me. Then when i logged in I could only play a couple of games and I opened a chat and asked to pleaqse remove the bonus so I could play my money and be done with it since depositing was such a problem I could never see a cash out. This was a horrible experience and I will never play here again and recommend everyone else black list this horrible place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

First of all, please accept my apology for the experience you`ve had with Golden Lion casino. Let me explain the situation from the casino perspective in order to make everything clear.

Your account was locked automatically for security reason. Once a player enters the invalid password consecutively for 3 times, the account gets frozen and can only be unlocked with the help of our customer support. This is the security measure aimed to prevent your account from being compromised. 

Secondly, Golden Lion provides separate bonuses for slots, table games, and roulette. The reason for that is because slot bonuses are usually much higher than tables and roulette ones. Each bonus has a wagering requirement. Once the bonus is applied, you have to complete your wagering requirement prior cashing out. It is said in our terms and conditions under the Paragraph 3.3.3 

"If a Player has chosen to use a bonus or promotion, it is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that any applicable Wagering requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will result in the withdrawal request being denied."

As you have said, you`ve voluntarily accepted the bonus offered by customer support agent. As for the bonus terms, you have accepted our T&C once you`ve created an account with us.
