    I spent hours to go through the wagering of my non deposit bonus, finally I claimed 100 Euros which I could withdraw according to the bonus rules - BUT .... after I haven't received anything I went to ask informations gently to the live chat support. They answered not so gently that I won't get anything because I would have abused the bonus rules. What happened in reality? I have reiceived the same bonus from another Genesys casino and when I registered at Mandarin Palace I claimed successfully another 25 no deposit bonus. It was the first time I played there, I swear. I find it not very correct to release a bonus and deny eventually winnings then. At least they should make clear that all the Genesys Casinos should be considered one single casino!

    I hate when that happens.What i think would help is if they open one casino with the initials of all the casinos so that this wouldn't happen. be_sickamp;.

    Same thing just happened to me.  I used to like The Genesys Group but since I have had to jump through hoops to get what I rightfully won, I have uninstalled all their casinos.

    It is funny how they will automatically take your deposits but not honor paying.

    If you try the phone number listed on their site... you will get a dead line, a generic 'leave a message', etc.
    I had to try 4 numbers offered by live chat before one finally worked. To me, this is a tip off to be leary. 

    Not only did they not pay, they took the money out of my account.
