CLOSED: game crash and account disabled during bonusgame

My account was disabled during a bonus game on Age of the Gods: Wheels of Olympus while I still had 75 FS to go.

Since Bet365.com is legal in The Netherlands I wanted to try it. I have had an account in that site since 2011 but didn't use it for a while. I resetted my password and edited my address information since I moved since 2011. After that I deposited 25 euro's and started to play. It wen't quite well and I won a bonus game and the FS in the game increased. When I reached the 75 FS left in the bonus game, my game crashed and I wasn't able to start it again.

I received an email with the following message:

Our system has detected that the registered address details do not belong to the country you selected at registration.

As soon as it is convenient, please contact us to confirm your current location and if you can, let us know why you think the address details do not correspond.

Unfortunately, until these details have been confirmed, access to your account has been restricted and you will no longer be able to make deposits, place bets or play any of our gaming products.

After that I contacted support of Bet365 and explained the case, apparently the country in my account details are Nederlandse Antillen in stead of Nederland. They adviced me to withdraw my current balance and open a new account with the right country details, but the bonus game I was in is lost. There was no way for me to finish it and no compensation was offered what so ever. I don't think that is fair, because I had a good chance to make a big win. 

I tried to file a complaint, and although their complaint procedure states that I can file it via the chat, they wouldn't help me. For now I requested the withdrawl, so I would at least receive some winnings, but I still want to finish the bonusgame.

I doubt there is anything that can be done regarding this gameplay since you selected the wrong country therefore your account details were not the genuine ones. It's great that you can withdraw the money but I'm afraid the casino rep will say the same as the customer support.
