I was on my 11th redemption when my withdrawal was denied. As a new player, I expected a welcoming and fair experience, and this situation feels both petty and wrong. Your advertising is misleading, and it sets an expectation that is not met by your actual policies.

I urge you to reconsider my withdrawal request and to clarify your promotional terms more transparently to avoid future misunderstandings. A positive resolution to this issue would greatly enhance my experience and trust in your platform.

This is wrong; claiming forever free spins yet stealing your winnings when you finally win

Almost every casino has strict policies related to claming free promotions, meaning that only one free bonus is valid between cash deposit/play sessions. The rule is hard and fast, if the bonus isn't legit when you redeem it, it isn't eligible for withdrawal. Therefore, your winnings have been voided due to using  consecutive free promotions without corresponding deposit.

We will contact the casino rep to check your account once again, but we are afraid that there's nothing to be done as this is clearly stated in their T&Cs.

Does anyone else have issues with Eternal Slots running extremely slow on an iPad? Mr.O runs great. Eternal is painful,on an iPad, actually most games are unplayable. I'm asking here because support gives the usual clear cache, cookies blah blah blah. I've tried multiple browsers and done everything they've suggested but this software is not setup for mobile at all. It will run on a desktop but I'm almost exclusive to my iPad for casinos. Its not a huge deal but I can't be the only one this is happening to and it's strange because Mr.Ois the same platform.

We've contacted the casino rep for some pieces of advice, they will get back to us today.

No need to contact them anymore. I have closed my Eternal slots account as well as my Mr. o account. Unfortunately Mr. O made some major changes with the video poker RTP% and didn't bother telling anyone. A rep at eternal made a big deal out of becoming VIp at both casinos and it turns out they are just 100% coupons with massiverollovers. Nothing remotely VIP about it. I used one of them today at Mr. O and as soon as I started in to jacks or better I noticed they changed from 9/6 to 8/5. That is a major problem. I didn't bother looking at all of the other video pokers but I know they made some other changes including aces and eights. Of course none are beneficial to the player. I honestly feel cheated, I've been at Mr.o since the begininng, mostly playing video poker because the slots are locked down, well, now video poker is locked down. Good luck! You're gonna need it.

Fair enough, well,  I asked for them to be closed, whether or not they closed them I don't know. At some point you have to draw the line and making me a "VIP" while lowering the Video Poker RTP% simultaneously is underhanded. I have no idea what is going on at those two casinos but nobody else does either.

Apologies on any inconvenience caused, On the web site under this promotion we placed the rules for the promotion that says following : * Free spins stop being available if more than 10 free promotions have been claimed without a deposit in-between. * Only one withdrawal from free promotion is allowed between deposits. We try to reward by giving an extra on every active cent, I also hope you understand the reason why we had those limits.
