Have recently run into the problem that I cannot get daily free spins. Apparently this is because I am winning too much?  Customer service said that my ratio was off. I have been using daily spins for a long time, and have never run into this problem before. Now I have noticed that no free bonus skins work at all. Even though I have the positive, and have not gone over 5 uses. I have never seen anything in emails, on their website, or anywhere else for that fact anything saying that your daily free spins will cease if you don't deposit enough money. So what gives here? Is eternal slots now turning into all the other online casinos that institute arbitrary ratios to prevent people who win from winning more? I would like to state, that I have been a loyal depositor, but I am not going to keep depositing money just to break some ratio so I can get daily free spins. There are new casinos daily that I have to choose from.

They did the same thing to me a long time ago. It was to good to be true . forever spins every day is what they promised but i went to get my daily spins with them and it wouldnt redeem so i started a chat with the support and they said i redeemed 50  no deposit bonuses with no deposit ( never won anything , not even close) . and i preceded to email them and support chat they just keep telling me the same thing.

That's the thing, I HAVE deposited.  Last chat I had with support, I pointed it out that I did deposit... His response amazed me.  He said that yes, I had... TWO DAYS AGO ... Lol (emphasis my own).   Deposit two days ago wasn't enough.  SMH

Thinking you deserve daily free spins from Eternal Slots until you win when you haven't even deposited shows you have serious entitlement issues. Learn to Earn what you want instead of expecting things to be given to you without merit.
