RESOLVED: Dreams Casino - no payouts

I have been waiting 21 Working Days for My $199.00 withdrawal that I won on a snail mail bonus.  My Withdrawal was APPROVED on 5/10/17, and I was told by support I would be paid within 15 working days.  I have emailed them many times, but they don't respond. But I do get the auto-generated email stating that a casino rep will get back to Me within 24 hours, which they have not done, But at least I know they are getting My emails.  If they do pay Me, I will post the info here.  One thing for sure is they do have a lot of Rouge behaviors.

Could you please provide me with your casino username? We can contact them on your behalf and ask for your withdrawal.

my first cashout was at dreams,it sat in neteller for 18 mnths while i abused them (sorry) havnt popped back to apologise....or deposit.....but i certainly should.the mix up was i didnt realise i had an active neteller account,long story but when i finally chased it up again many mnths later i saw the date in neteller was a couple of days after approval so i hope that eases your mind....i bette go give them a good rating now.

dreams paid me out straight away but i didnt realise i had an active neteller account.money had been sitting in there 18 mnths,was some admin misunderstanding about bank transfer being default payment option or something.....but it was in fact paid out straight away so i owe them a top rating...at the time bank neteller was the only option for New Zealand,i believe that has been improved since,maybe the hold-up is a glitch in their payout options system.....im sure they will come through as its been approved.

The most secure form of payment I've ever seen online is that of bitcoin; the moment I send you the funds is the moment you get them. No hold-ups, no waiting.  I hope and pray to one day see physical satoshi dropping from bitcoin machines!

If a slot has multiple payment systems, bitcoin inclusive, you can be a little sure of quick payments. But waiting 21 days for your hard-earned money can be annoying and depressing for sure.

i had the right same problem with them long ago... i just wonder why do they still out and doing awful things like those and no one stop them... 15 working days would also have been shameful... sorry for you guy
