Is the following policy normal operation?

I met the playthrough amount and my balance was reduced by $1589.56 to the max cash-out amount of $100. I then continued to play and won with that already reduced and honored coupon. I then decided to cash out at $250 balance that was all winnings on top of the $100 already completed and honored coupon post reversal of the overage of 1589.56. I was denied the withdraw and $150 was taken from my account being left with $100 again.

Now to me this doesn't add up and had I lost that $100 it would be gone. I know I've done it once on an affiliated casino with DreamsCasino but If I win with that awarded $100 I don't get it?

I'm confused. There should be a forced withdraw at that point of meeting the playthrough requirments then.

Can this be confirmed?

If you started with a no deposit then the max cashout remains capped at $100.

You cannot use the $100 winnings from free money to win more money, essentially then you wouldn't have a max cashout then. you would have needed to withdrawal the $100 first, re-deposit it and then it would be considered your money with no max cashout attached.
