RESOLVED: Divas Luck Casino verification

I have a problem with divasluckcasino
i have uploaded documents for verification on the morning of 4.7.2023 and was told they will be processed within 3 days. They have not processed my verification and just reply that they will be processed within 3 days, but it has been over 3 days now.

Yes i have. I sent a bill that shows my address and is less the 3 months old. Pics of my bank card. Pics of my id and a bank slate that shows my address and IBAN number. All that they required and more. 

Now they just replied that they are apparebtly busy and will review as soon as possible. Frustrating since they first said that within 3 days. And today the live chat operator said that he will send them a reminder and will get an answer today, but nothing heard from them. When i ask in livechat they usually say within 3 days and disconnects the chat. 
 

i also asked to speak to a supervisor, but i was not connected to one just replied that sorry for the inconvenience and disconnected the chat.

We will endeavour to resolve the matter to your satisfaction either immediately or by contacting You subsequently."

Still nothing. Same replies and delaying the process. They also have a 500€ withdraw limit per day and it takes up to 3 business days. Is there a way i can get the whole 3000€ withdrawn at once. It feels they are just delaying so they dont have to pay up. They have kicked me out of chat multiple times without answering and e-mail replys are the same auto replies. 

I have now been verified. It took almost 5 days. Now i have to wait for withdraws. Can i keep this open if there is problems with the withdraws?

I lost the money because of infinite delay on their part and not veing able to self exclude due to their menus not working and due to being kicked constantly from their chat.
