  • My question is directed to all Casino Representatives;

     My approache is in a general objective so that “No One” is directly made a center point. During these last few months I have encuantered “Refusal To Register” which I well except; under a valid reason. However, when the reason for the refusal is; “ SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE REASON NOR EXPLANATION, OTHER THAN YOU ARE ON A LIST THAT RESTRICTS YOU FROM ALLOWING  REGISTRATION” 

    I ask; 1st) what is a list that is so secretive that “to this day” have been unable to obtain any information on;

    2nd) why? Dose it not disclose the reason behind the refusal of registration!

    3rd) “If” a valid reason exists; should not the individual be told the reason, “WHY?”

    LAST; under all circumstances” shouldn’t any and all individuals be entitle to a logical explanation!!! AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO DEFEND HIM/HER SELF  TO THE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST HIM/HER OR AT LEAST A VALID REASON AS TO WHAT UPHOLDS THE REFUSAL?” Instead of “Sorry we are unable to give out any information concerning this issue?  

    I ASK; Is there anyone of all representative to step up and answer this question? Most of all disclose what this secretive “BLACK LIST” is and who empowers it; that holds such power that casinos are “FORBIDDEN TO DISCLOSE”???

  • hey , this usually happens for two main reasons :

    1. Chargabacks done by player ( Casinos would blacklist such users and share information within their network , ie RTG )

    2. extensive bonus abuse and multiple accounts.

    Not saying the above is the reason why you are being restricted, as I really dont know your gambling history, but from what I know that is usually a case.

  • Thank you!! Okay I had a case with a Casino (I believe it was Sloto Cash; where somehow it came on my bank account as some kind of adult page!! Or something like that (according to my wife) and she jumped on me about it; so she refused it without telling me!!! However; the following day I was made aware of it I right off the bat paid it!!! And cleared it up but I was so embarrassed about it; that I haven’t been back there since. Now Melissa here at LCB CHECK ED IT OUT WITH SLOTO CASH CASINO AND THEY SAID IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND THERE WAS KNOW PROBLEM.

    Thank you for the knowledge concerning this issue. So could you please give me some guidedence on how to get taken off that list? Cause fact of the matter; it is extremely embarrassing to be denied in such mannerism; with such statement as “WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCLOSE ANY RELELENT INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS ISSUE” then they actually log you off!!! Makes one feel like your on the FBI’S most wanted list!!!! LOL.. thank you again for the information and your time.

    I remember you were writing to us saying that you couldn't register at many casinos. They keep on telling you that they couldn't allow you to open an account with them. I need to read through my emails and find the correspondence with Sloto Cash regarding your case but I think that they didn't want to share much info with us. It was a long time ago. As far as I remember it was a problem with your bank account but I'll check my emails and let you know.

    Hm! It seems it's hard to get off this list since the casino spread the info across their network that's how they protect themselves. 

  • Thank you for the follow up; however if you check the forum section you can read a responds message I recieved from a Casino rep, please check it out and let’s follow up on whatever he will share about this problem.     I read through the emails you sent more than a year ago and the casinos told us the same thing they told you. They can't disclose the facts, you are on a risk list and they can't allow you to register and play at their casino. 

    Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to help you regarding this case. The casinos share the info across the platform in order to protect themselves. You can chat with them personally and see if they can do something to help you. We can't do anything about that so we're going to close this topic.
