Can't withdraw money from 21bet casino, August 1 put on withdrawal 108$ the money is not withdrawn, wrote in support and chat communicated to no avail, all the answers are about the same they work hard and soon the money will be sent. This has been going on for five months. Wrote in December and received a response asking to make a Deposit and put on withdrawal, the audacity indescribable. Screenshots with a Deposit and the put sum on withdrawal and some of their answers. If possible please help. The user name in the casino LVA19 .

  • We just got the feedback from the casino. Unfortunately, they don't share the info about their players to the third party so we cant find out about the details. However, they say you are more than welcome to get in touch with their support team. We've also asked them to help you get the necessary info. Please keep us posted. 

  • Hi. What information they will share the that brazenly deceive people. Prior to this case, everything was fine making deposits and conclusions problems did not arise. When they started updating their website it was at least twice after which they stopped paying money. Support works badly, write and not always get an answer and the time may take a week.     Hm! It took too long, it's not a good image for the brand at all. I can imagine how frustrating it can be. At least you got the money. We insisted they resolve this issue and pay out the money. Thanks for letting us know. heart
