RESOLVED: Deceptive practices Lucky Owl

Lucky owl told me to receive my crypto payout in minutes I only need deposit $25 then request $50.  Its been over a week and I am getting no where and 2 days ago the agent tells me no worries cause he escalated my payout and I would get it in 24hours, 2 days ago!

They got me a couple hours ago. Had a feeling the place was a scam. They had me cancel my $50 in exchange for $100 in rule free credits. Good deal right? Lost the $100 almost immediately. The free 25 dollar chip they gave me yesterday lasted hours. I was hitting bonus rounds continuously and large line hits. Got up to around 750 dollars after wager requirements were met. Told me I had to depsoit 25 dollars to get only 50 dollars of it, which I did. Then they tell me to cancel the withdrawal in exchange for $100 dollars in rule free credits. After that it felt like they shut off the ability to win anything. 

They tried to get me to do this too. Even said and I quote, We promise big wins if you do this. I said no thank you I want to see first that I can trust you and I have yet to receive my payout. Suddenly the finance department crashed is the latest bullshit they tell me.

I am updating this post to say they reached out to me and were very polite and I received my payout today.
