At first I really liked this casino until I played a free spin no deposit bonus which I wagered and had 140€ in my balance the max withdrawal for a no deposit bonus is 50€ which I understand so my balance was adjusted to 50€ so I made a small deposit and continued playing and tried to cash out at 100€ and again it was adjusted to 50€ because apparantly it does not matter that you have wagered the original bonus and since done a deposit until you withdraw the 50 the will keep confiscating winnings over that amount, I'm very annoyed with that nonsense and I play at the sister casino play.casino at least four days of every week but that will no longer be happening

according our rules the maximum withdrawal limit for winnings from "free spin" without deposit is limited to 50 Euro or equivalent currency or 0.15 BTC. Remaining balance will be removed.  https://www.dasistcasino.com/bonus-terms
 After winnings  you have to withdraw money because your total win was  from no deposit freespins. As to deposit it has been returned to your account and you lost it.

I won 4.45 from the freespins completed wagering with a balance of 140 requested a payout but it was declinced and 50 was subtracted from the 140 which is fine as as the bonus was capped what i have now is a 50 that is real cash and the excess winnings have been subtracted by you already, I add another 5 , i have 55 now i continue to play and win some more and request another payout which is now 92 which you rejected and return 50 to my account but not the remaining 42 which was won with my real money not attached to your bonus

these are your terms which I understand and happily abided by but you had subtracted the ecess amount 90 euro and rewared me with 50 euro real cash which I won fair and square and which i boosted with a deposit of 5 euro to make 55 euro I continued to play and luck was on my side I won an additional 42 euro which you confiscated either by mistake or purpose 

can a moderator please help me get the attention of the Dasist rep , they not responding to me private messages and clearly not interested in this thread , they not reading the complaint properly either because they appear to confused about the details as the dispute is about the 42€ owed to me not spins they credited my account with 50 spins but  I am owed 42€

i wagerd the 4.45 with a balance of  140 euro , requested a payout , your adjusted my balance to 50 euro which is correct , i deposted 5 euro , i now have 55 euro , i won 45 eruo , requested a payot for 92 euro with 8 euro left in my balcnce to play

you for no reason rejected the withdrawal and adjustedmy balcnce back to 50 euro by confiscating the 42 euro, this cant be done to a real cash balance agian if there is no active bonus ,do you understand what actulally undrstand what took place ?or must i attach screenshots? what i assume happened is that upon the second payout request someone handling it did not know that it was adjusted already and guessed it was the fist attempt at withdrawing the wagerd bonud money but it was not , it had been adjusted from 140 to 50 then 5 added by my deposit won 42 of which you confiscated at the second withdrawal attemtpt which is an error

we checked your account one more time and we found out that your win was from no deposit bonus. because deposit has been made after win. Unfortunately, we don't return 42 EUR.
