  • On June 17th and June 28th I was approved for two 3,000 dollar payouts. Cyber bingo states please allow 7-10 business days for the wire transfers to be completed. Being it was my first time requesting a payout a wire transfer was the only option the site gives. Well it's been almost 8 weeks and still no payouts. I wrote the accounting dept numerous times and their response was they were waiting to here back from their 3rd party processor. In the mean time I was in and still in constant contact with their customer service agent. She has sent the processor a message at least a dozen times. Paloma BTW is the only agent that has helped me. The other 2 agents won't even bother. Anyway after another email from me to accounting stating how frustrated I was and how I didn't understand why I haven't received neither of my payouts. Mind you there was no bonus or coupon taken when I won. So it should be pretty cut and dry. I even have a print out of my winnings and when they were approved. I get a response from cyber bingo accounting dept that they had exciting news and my money should be in my acct but the end of the following week. Well , guess what? 

    They lied. So I wrote another email ( because you can't call them) and I told them the payouts still haven't shown up. Their response was sorry I was going through this and they will keep me updated. Now this is a bunch of crap. It's been 8 weeks and I have been a member for 20 yrs. I don't understand how hard is it to punch in a few numbers and transfer the money into my acct? I feel they are giving me the round around . They have no problem taking money out of my acct. Sure that goes right through. I'm very frustrated and been very patient but come on, really? 8 weeks and nothing? Can someone please help? I really don't know what else I can do.

  • Has anyone requested a payout from cyber bingo in the last month or so? I'm still waiting for my 2 payouts of 3000 each since June 17th and June 28th is when they were approved. Passed all kyc requirements. All documentation was accepted. No bonuses were used or coupons. 3 weeks ago I received an email from cyber bingo accounting dept that my first payout was going to hit my acct( via wire transfer) by the end of the following week. Still no payouts in my acct.  So I emailed numerous letters to their acct dept to ask why and where is  my money. This is what they replied with. Now mind you 3 weeks ago I received an email from accounting that said.

    Note: This is  the letter they sent 3 weeks ago.

     

    We have some exciting news for you today! 😊

     

    Kindly note that our processor confirmed that your transfer has successfully completed KYC requirements and they expect that your payout will be sent out soon, and it should hit your account by the end of next week.

    In case it won’t please contact us again the following Monday and we will take further actions on it.

     

    In addition to that, we always remind our clients that our processors allow up 1 payment and up to $3,000 processed per week (depending on the method chosen), so if you have more than 1 request(s), unfortunately we cannot settle the amount in one shot.

    Note; 3 weeks later I received  this

    Hope you can accept our apologies, but our processor confirmed release for beginning of next week as they experience an unexpected bug on their side, and they are working on it now.

    They will be able to fix it in before the end of the week however they told us that early next week we will have news on your payment. We will keep you updated as soon as possible. 

    Oh I might mention that they state if i want to cancel my w/d and try another method or use it to win a bigger amount just let them know.

    Why in the hell would i do that? I cant get my payouts of 3000 each. 

    Now this has been going on since the beginning of June. I know the funds won't be in my acct just an empty bold face lie. They keep putting me off. I'm so freaking upset I could cry. This is bogus. I was curious if anyone else received a payout in the 2 months. I don't believe what they are telling me. Why should I? They keep lying making empty promises and excuses.
