  • My wire transfer withdrawal on 5/27/2024 was approved on 6/3/2024 for $875.00. it is now 7/17/2024 and I keep getting various excuses as to why I have not received my funds. I have been a long time customer and do not understand how they can take funds immediately but will take months to issue a payout.  I was told on 6/10/2024, that the processor was  having an issue on their side. Then I was told on 6/11/2024 that it was still processing even after being approved on 6/3/2024.  On 6/13/20024, I was told that an intermediary bank was holding a batch of player payouts including mine.  On 6/24/2024, I was told that the processor is having delays and they are working on the glitch and there were technical issues. On 7/3, a month after my transfer was approved, I emailed again and was told "Wires and Paper Checks withdrawals is 5-7 business days, as you may know, we do not send payments straight to our customers, but we have a processor that does it on our behalf. Instead, crypto payments are usually received between 1-2 days.
    If you wish to cancel your payment request(s) and choose a faster method, please inform our department and we will cancel your Withdrawals by crediting your account back and you can request a new payout."    My question is why would a cancel my withdrawal and resubmit, only to have the same excuses and delays. So is it a glitch, an audit or potential fraud. I just want what is owed to me. I have sent several additional emails to them since 7/17 with ZERO response. This is unreal.   user name Pth****

  • I'm going through the same issue with cyberbingo. I've been waiting since June 17th and June 28th for my approved payouts for 3000 ea. Then I received an email stating that the funds will appear in my acct but the end of 2 weeks. Well it never showed and they are not replying to my emails since their last stating false hopes.  This is such horse shit. I'm at my wits end. I've been a member for 10plus years. This has me so frustrated and disappointed. I can really use my money right now. They aren't the trustworthy site they used to be. 

  • Wow this just sad! Are we being scammed out of our money? Very odd that everyone gets the same excuses when it comes to getting a payout. They should have fixed their processors by now.

  • The site used to be a reputable company.  I enjoyed playing bingo and they have a huge selection of slots and tables to choose from. I have recommended a lot of my friends and now I wish I hadn't.  I just hope they make it right and pay what is owed . I can really use the 6000 that I won. I'm sure everyone who is in the same shoes as myself can use what's owed to them as well. I'm trying to stay positive but with each passing day , it gets harder .

    Hopefully we both will receive our payout by next week. 

  • Wishful thinking. But that sure would be nice. My bet is they are waiting it out. Meaning in the rules and regulations a player that is not active for 90 days they will delete their acct. So knowing we won't make a deposit gives them reason not to pay. I just have this feeling. This totally sucks.

  • Tried here a few times to have some kind of slower paced play and make my bankroll last longer, but gave up because it was actually too slow for me.
