Cyber bingo haven't recieved payouts

I very been a member with cyber bingo for 10yrs. Over a month ago I was approved for my 2 payouts of 3,000 each through wire transfer. All my documentation was accepted. I didnt use any bonus or coupon. Should be pretty cut and dry. How hard is it to punch in a few numbers to transfer the money?Their site says for payouts it takes 7-10 business days to complete. Well it's been over a month and I haven't seen a penny. I have contacted the accounting department numerous times along with their customer service agents almost everyday. You can't call them so everything is through email. So everytome I inquire about my 2 payouts it's the same reply everytime. They are waiting to hear from their 3rd party processor.  This is ridiculous! I have been waiting for my payouts for over a  month and been writing accounting and customer service agent almost everyday. They have no problem taking your money. Sure that goes straight through. But trying to get paid they don't make that a priority to say the very least. How do I get my 2 payouts? Can someone please help me?

I sent an email to you guys with recent update. Still no payout. The casino claims I'll be paid by the end of week . BUT..... IF not they said to contact them and they will look into it further. I have a feeling they are just trying to buy time. I received the letter from them last Monday which is now been another week.
