CLOSED: Cryptothrills doesnt pay

Hello, i need help with cryptothrills. I created my account (agustin893) and i received a bonus with the code drop3. I received 3 mbtc and I needed to play 180 mbtc to reedem the bonus. I did it and at the end i had 6 mbtc. So i win 6 mbtc after the bonus. With that amount I took a shot at the roulette and i won 94 mbtc. I wanted to withdraw the total amount and it has been more than 48 hours and the casino did not pay me. I read a lot of topics here at the forum, and a lot of People have the same problem. I am sure that they Will say something to me to avoid the payment. Can You help me to get a positive answer? I attach the pictures of my movements to show You that the bonus was reedemed.

So the support now is telling me that i have to deposit 1 mbtc play 10x and i can only withdraw 5 mbtc. I cant believe this. I won the 94 mbtc after reedem the bonus. So my winnings are legit. What a scam they are. I still cant believe this. Why do they give us a free bonus if we cant play anymore when we reedem the bonus? It Is a scam big like a house. In their 'rules' if You win a bonus You have to stop playing and withdraw because if You keep playing they dont pay You, this is incredible.

We're still waiting for feedback from the Casino Representative. In your first post here on the forum you mentioned this:

We have to find out what are the Terms and Conditions for this bonus first. All no deposit bonuses have a certain max cashout limit, there's nothing unusual about that. 

However, let's wait until the Casino Representative gets back to us with some info regarding this. We'll keep you updated.

Thanks Sidney for your replay. I know all no deposit bonuses have Cash out limits. But it has to be with the bonus winnings no outside the bonus. With the bonus i won 6 mbtc, so the límit has to apply to that winning, not the winnings after that because i was not using a bonus in that moment. if everything count as a bonus, i cant play anymore, i have to finish the bonus and withdraw everything without playing anything else because they Will say that everything is bonus winning. This is a forma of scam. I do not know if i am explaining myself correctly.

Do not worry Sidney. They put all the balance back on my account and after i talked with two more People of support, they where clear that they wont pay me. So i made a huge bet and i ñost everything. I feel scamed because i requested a withdrawal and they denied it. So it is clear they dont want to pay People Who win.
