    Casino Rep got back to us and showed us the picture of your account where it says that you were playing the welcome chip $105. When you met playthrough is removed everything non-cashable and then you played the cashable balance down to zero. Unfortunately you don't have any withdrawable balance from this promotion.

    We will mark this case as Resolved.

    Yeah I tried to deposit after send my id 6 times and they replied with this user is blocked from deposits very frustrating
