  • Hi there, I was wondering if you could possibly help me. Of all the casinos it seems to Cryptothrills that everyone has issues with. Upon first registering I received a bonus which I won off of. I was urged to male a deposit to collect which I found odd but did, twice. After doing so, I was then denied my payout. I expressed how shady it seemed to come up with a reason after telling me to deposit to not pay. The reason was for exceeding the bet amount which though I found not to be fair. I chalked it up.

    Yesterday I decided to give this casino a second chance after receiving a bonus code via email. The bonus code specifcally says max cashout is 20mbtc not only when you enter the code in the cashier but when you cash out the bonus when you have reached the playthrough to do the conversion to cash, the casino automatically leaves you with the withdrawable amount now in cash with the remainder being taken back. The amount after I cashed out my bonus that was withdrawable at 20mbtc just as stated and it said clearly that all but 20mbtc would be forfeited upon cashing out.

    My first attempt at cashing out I got no response for a long time. I then got a response after two hours telling me my winnings were void due to back to back bonuses which is not the case. Mind you, I have had no bonuses since the initial one and the last transactions I had were the two deposits in my attempt to collect. When I won this time there was two deposits in between. After two more hours of arguing, the next excuse was that I exceeded to bet amount which i didn't and after arguing again for two hours, I was told they would pay me 10 out of the 20mbtc.

    Rules should be enforced as they are presented to the player. It is clear by the first two attempts to cash out they this casino will say whatever to not pay you even if the proof is right in front of the both of us. If the max payout is 10 then it shouldn't say 20 upon entering the coupon nor should it show the amount withdrawable of 20 after you cash out your bonus. The agent literally paid me ten and voided out the difference. After arguing for hours this morning I was tired and wanted to sleep. Now that I have further contemplated about this ordeal, I want the remainder if you could help please. Username is Blue.9979.

    I would also like to add an update. Today I spent a couple hours going back and forth with another agent named Kim in one last attempt to try and resolve. Just like all of their agents, her customer service was atrocious. I spelled everything out for her clearly and she said that I should understand clearly by the way they present the rulea, terms, and conditions that they paid me all in owed. All she kept saying was for me to read the rules.

    Here was my case regardless on what was posted in another area of the site.

    *If the maximum payout is 10 btc, why doea it say 20btc is the max when entering the code.

    *in the bonus swctio. While completing the play through why does it state the entire time that the max cashout will be max 20mbtc when the play through is met.

    *When you actually cash out your bonus to turn it into ypur cash balance, why does tje system AUTOMATICALLY leave you with 20 mbtc rather than 10 if thats what the max payout it. Why would tbe system remove all the winnings exceeding the max cashout aside from 10mbtc which is to be removed at a later time. That makes no sense.

    * I CLEARLY explained that regardless of what the general terms say, everything regarding this bo us points to yheax cashout being 20 as it says the entire time. No casino with common sense is going to strip you pf all ypur excess winnings with exception of an additional 10 just to tell you when you try and do an actual cash out that you cant have that either. Why leave it there in the first place then. Its only gping to piss people off.

    *It is the duty of tbe casino to make sure their policies align with what is provided in the promotions they run. It is misleading amd dishonest for a business to operate like this.

    *Lastly, the fact that the casino gavee two reasons for why they couldnt pay at first both of which were completely made up and untrue shows the casinos tendency to be dishonest in its payout practices . I mean the proof is right there fp of us to see and you still attempt to lie. It is a pathetic ploy at robbing the pwople who keep you in business .

  • Hello there, I was just reading your post, about Crypto thrills.... I wanted to let you know, they did the same thing to me... By denying my withdrawal request saying, it was due to claiming consecutive bonuses... However.... I DID EVENTUALLY get my pay out... AFTER TURNING IT OVER TO LCB.. Because, I Did not claim consecutive bonuses.. I think the casino tries to get out of paying winnings. And, they get away with it for those players who just accept it when they say "no" the first time... But I would not worry, as long as LCB is on the case... You will get your winnings. Beware of this casino though. I am not depositing on their website anymore. M.S

  • I also have the same problem with this casino.I also had an exclusive bonus and was left with 28mbtc after the bonus was deducted and wager completed.Only 10mbtc was paid instead of the 28mbtc
