  • I can HOPE that somebody somewhere with some "pull" can help the "little guy" out? I am at the end of my rope with Lucky Creek casino. I have scanned their "authorization form" sent it, front n back of my DL , emailed that, along with the only bill I have in my name. 

    1st attempt: I got a email, 2 days later after the initial request saying, ok, we got your email, but.... the Drivers liscnece is of "poor quality". So.....I go on and re scan, and re send everything

    2nd attempt: I got a reply another day later saying, the credit card numbers need to be only the first 4 and last 4 digits showing, front and back, so... black them out... for security purposes.

    3rd attempt: YET ANOTHER DAY LATER i get a email saying, thanks, for your documents, however unfortunatly the utility bill that I'd sent was, only half of the bill.( I sent the part that shows the address, only)

    4th attempt, same day... I AGAIN resend once again all of the documents just the way they indicated..However, Once again, I get a, reply via email... were sorry... the credit card needs to be resent, this time make sure you black out the cvv number as well as the middle 8 digits.   I just resent this credit card scan , with the cvv blacked out too.

    Now, Im asking someone to step in , on my behalf and tell this casino, to quit playing games, and give me my withdrawal that I've requested! I have jumped through aIl of their hoops enough times! This is rediculious! If the could have indicated the middle digits needed to be blacked out and the cvv on the back to begin with, It would have saved me a weeks time, in sending them the wrong way first. It is quite obvious to me, Lucky Creek is going out of their way to get out of paying the money ive won, hoping i will get frustrated and give up. Well..... Im hoping someone will see this, and join my fight with them. Please, I can not afford to let them just rob me of my winnings by being unrealistic about tiny little details on everything I send.  Melissa Santos

If I am never able to get my winnings withdrawn atleast I've let the members of this forum know the risks that go along with depositing your money, and putting trust in these casinos to do the right thing.     We chatted with the casino and they informed us that everything has been sorted out. We're going to mark this case as resolved. 

  • Is there still a rep from Luvky Creek here. They locked my account, immediately after I requested a withdraw. No explanation given. They refuse to respond to requests for an explanation. If there is still a rep...,Help?
