    On July 22, I registered at this casino and decided to make a deposit to a ruble account using bitcoin. But the deposit to the site didn't work. After that, I created a Bitcoin account and made a deposit to it. After confirming the transaction on the BTC network, the money was not credited to the account. I wrote in support, at first my account was blocked, allegedly they do not accept players from my country, and wrote that the site can only have an account in one currency, BUT! The site has the ability to open other accounts and switch between them. Moreover, the deposit on the site does not work for other currencies even now.

    "After I wrote to them by mail, they told me that my account was unlocked, tk. now they accept players from my country (2 hours later) and asked to wait for the financial department to resolve the issue. After 4 days, they wrote to me the following

    Our technicians have already checked your case. As per the results of their investigation, you have not deposited with us. We can see some of the transaction visible as error as you've tried to send MBC 0.96 which equates to 0.00000001 BTC when the minimum deposit for Coinspaid is 0.0002 BTC."

    But I sent 0.00095597 btc and it can be seen on the blockchain! I gave them the link for the transaction! And do you know what they asked for? TRANSACTION SCREENSHOT !! Cryptocurrency casino (as they call themselves) does not know what blockchain is.

    We are really sorry to hear that you’ve had such a bad experience at Coinsaga. We are a brand new Casino and have only been live for a few weeks, admittedly there are still a few bugs that need to be exterminated. 


    In regard to your issue with withdrawals there are a few things I would like to clarify; Had you contacted Customer Support when you were having issues withdrawing your winnings, they would have assisted you in the process and informed you that technically we do not have withdrawal limits, there is a limit per transaction but no limit to the number of transactions per day/week/month. Our withdrawal guidelines are as follow:

    Max withdrawal per transaction:

    390,000 JPY

    276,000 RUB


    In regard to your bonus money, you are absolutely right, unfortunately the glitch in your original deposit affected the point system and you were not credited. Again, had you contacted Customer support Bonus funds would have been added to your player account immediately.

  • same thing here. my deposit was apparently "returned" after many failed attempts to cash out my winnings.  the amount i was being "sent" was the same as the amount deposited. the address they apparently sent it to i listed in my first comment on this thread. take note, still nothing. 

  • i suspect the casino rep is using bogus tools given to him by his bogus employer. i am guessing they dont even have coinspaid setup as a payment processor. do a little bit of investigation into this casino...... you'll see there is nothing supporting legitimate business here. i would fill you in on the info, but itlll be more fun if you figure it out on your own.

  • lol So 30 minutes ago I got my deposit back. Over the weekend when I requested my cashback (which I should have accumulated in their "conquest" promo) they informed me I didn't have any because a deposit was required to be able to claim cashback. So technically, as of now, the title of this thread is accurate. They do not accept deposits. I was fortunate to get mine back I guess. Never got a refund from a casino before. lol

    Looks like Fedro may have just received his too, unless his recent transaction was from something else.
